I happen to disagree and think his hands are tied at the moment with the dispute. There have been a number of excellent RNS's in the last few weeks (apart from the obvious couple about DHSC) and these would have been great for the company if they had not been overshadowed by the circumstances.

What has been achieved in the last twelve months in terms of recruitment, business expansion, R & D, new markets overseas etc. is astonishing.

I reserve judgement on Mr GM as I think it is grossly unfair to criticise at the moment when we have no idea what he has to deal with. Just my opinion of course and why I have continued the buy in substantially as the sp has dropped recently. GLA

If you look at the additions to the SMT over the past three months or so, it screams mid-cap n the next twelve months or so.

The sp reaction to the DHSC dispute has been stupidly overdone and is a massive distraction in my opinion. time will tell but I am going nowhere folks.

Interesting. David Franks (Chief Human Resources Officer) joined in April 21. He has a track record of scale-up and building organisational capability. Maybe a handover period and then Wendy has moved on? Just speculation on my part but makes sense with the growth opportunities that exist to take the company forward in the diagnostic arena.

I log in here because I value the research, comments and observations of a number of people. It helps me make investment decisions. I also enjoy a bit of banter and humour, and late on a Friday/Saturday night, it can get hilarious at times (the fish pun string was one of my best chuckle-muscle moments).

I don't have a problem with people being challenged over statements or views but what I have found tedious is the vitriolic campaigns, personal attacks and what would appear at times to be an obsession. Are some people really that sad that they go through months of posts to find a discrepancy, posting the results and saying 'got you!'

For goodness sake, lets turn this board back into the best one on LSE. I know its hard with what has happened over the past few weeks as many are down under water but my own personal belief is that this will come round in the course of time (other people have extensively listed why).

It was also sad to see the vitriol posted as replies to the last couple of Novacyt tweets. Why would you run down a stock if you hold it? Beats me.

Anyway, hopefully waiting for a return of informative and relevant posts. GLA

99 trades (at time of looking) with two of them totalling £50K. It doesn't take a massive leap to suppose that the shorts might be involved (and of course all the potential off-book stuff).

The sooner they have gone the better but I would dearly love to see them caught with their pants round their ankles.

I have enjoyed the past few days! In the absence of any more news from Nova, it has been real fun watching the bickering, name-calling, insult-trading, getting the last word in, I'm holier than thou repartee and banter swinging back and forth like the Northern Lights. You should all be proud!

Interesting, had a look at my (cheapskate as I don't have L2) share transactions just now and there was a big automatic buy this morning showing. Went back in just now and all the 3rd June trades are no longer showing. Games going on to get the shorts closed?

and we need them out before we see the true bounce back from the start of this news-rich period. Some great positive posts this morning from the usual people as well as a couple of the expected sarcasm and tosh efforts from those who have an interest in the share price going the other way.

Anyway, my point is that I would expect a modest tick-up today of the back of this news but don't forget that the shorts will be wanting to hold this down to close their position(s). Then, as news rolls in, I would expect the share price to start providing a true indication of the MC of the World's leading diagnostic outfit. GLA
