Strange bunch of automatic trades (on the face of it buys) all within a very short timescale at about 9.00am, all got wiped off the screen just now and all were for exactly 419p. Most were for between £500 and £1500 and I did not get a chance to add them all up but there seemed to be a lot. A short starting to close maybe?

It is great to read that griproom article again as its very re-assuring. We all know what is going on but need reminding that this is a great company and unless you need the cash this week, you should not have a problem overall.

You can't tell. The reporting system has no idea. It just uses an algorithm that tells it whether the trade was closer to the ask or the bid.

I have watched the observations and comments over the past few days and have had a ponder. I am still fully in as not particularly worried medium and long term about this company.

There has been a lot of criticism of GM from certain directions but I would make the following observation.

GM is the CEO of course and responsible for the ultimate decisions but he is ably supported by a pretty impressive team from whom he takes advice and guidance. We have no idea what the dispute is about but how to play this will not have been a knee-jerk reaction (unlike many of the comments on here over the past 48 hours).

There may also be a lot of other factors at play to which we are not privy.

This company has a great future and the cash to make it happen. I for one am going nowhere as this is well undervalued, even without the DHSS business. We are still recruiting, COVID is going nowhere, the opportunities in the NHS still exist and the world is our oyster for diagnostics.

GLA and switching off for a few days is my strategy.

It's not patent applications, it's trademarks. Big difference but agree it should have been correct and proof-read.

£20K into mine yesterday and another £20K today into Lady Brentw1's ISA.

Just for people who think that the buys and sells are accurate, at 12.04 my Novacyt Bed and ISA transaction showed up as two £20K sells.

At under 700p I could not resist another 430 shares.

Unlike the suicidal, depressed, to much time on their hands bunnies that have been having a right old whinge and moan today, I have a comprehensive understanding of the situation here and am happy to invest my hard earned money and trust in GM implicitly. For this I thank not only my own research but also the sterling work done by a few (and you know who you are) who share their finds and analysis.

All I can say to a few people is that if you have the time to moan for several paragraphs, several times a day on this board then your life must be empty and dreadfully unfulfilled. You have my sympathy. GLA

I think we are literally treading water until we get some firm news. The volume of trades is tiny and the amounts very small.

I have no concerns btw as the dots, ducks or whatever you fancy are all there.

I'm now going to log off for a week or so as this share is like my Dahlias. At the moment they all look knarled, wrinkly and dead. In a few short weeks they will be magnificent spectacles of colour and life! GLA

Do you know crl123, you are your own worst enemy. I have not seen a single positive upbeat post from you. Anyone logging into the board to make a decision on whether to invest would probably end up throwing themselves under a bus than invest here after reading your constant and depressing posts.

Thank God for a few other upbeat people who take an objective and positive view.

I really wish I could buy a few more at the sub £7 i am seeing on my screen at the moment! However, I'm in for nearly 6 figures and everything else is tied up so a bit of a shame.

The price is a joke as all the LTH's know and looking at the size and volume of business at the moment, its driven by the sentiment of the small traders. I also don't believe most of the tosh about MM manipulation. The closing price on platforms like Google can be affected by an uncrossing trade of 300 shares as it simply reflects the last trade. I'm also not sure of the provenance of the GM email (although it may have been posted in good faith). The style of writing and choice of certain words is not characteristic of an experienced CEO. But there you go, just my personal opinion.
