Reaction to the RNS24 Feb 2021 08:04
My personal view of this mornings news is that it is exactly what I would expect to see from a well-run, professional company that has an eye on the future and is impervious to the shrieks and squeals of a few amateur investors who are clueless as to how to run a mid-cap company (because that is where I think we are going).
The alternative that some people are demanding in terms of constant RNS's and updates looks like SYME (and God help you if you are in that particular car-crash IMO).
Proper businesses do not rush out sales figures and projections every five minutes.
This morning's RNS contains a lot of information. That will not be digested by the people who really affect the share-price in the medium and long term. It is probably a very good job that the smaller investors on here will not have much of an impact in the grand scheme of things as they rush in and out, chasing a fast buck. Very sympathetic if you are currently sitting on a paper loss, but unless you need the money tomorrow (and if that is the case what on earth are you doing in the stock market?), just sit and practice the noble art of patience, trust your own research and chill.
As to the LTH's, we know what we have got and I would not mind betting that many of us have increased our share-holdings over the last couple of weeks.
Sales updates, profitability etc. will come in due course and it does not take a rocket scientist to understand that they will further enhance the war-chest and fund the future. GLA
