In my appraisal of the meeting I mentioned my opinion on "forwards" as "derivatives".

Why did I imagine the Hydrogen project was going to be LIVE BY NOW?
They'd have been using our gas in a binding agreement!
How can it also be used to produce power for Serowe?
OF COURSE I THINK IT WAS THE PRIORITY!
What has changed is that the Carbon Production was more complicated than SM expected.
TLOU have realised they cannot wait forever ESPECIALLY WITH CBM POWER BACK now that Lockdown has become less severe!

TLOU have hedged their bets by putting the priority back to Serowe!
It makes sense approaching 3Q22 , but we gave SM, and our partnership, a chance.
It was worth the slight delay imho! And SM might achieve GREEN HYDROGEN one day.
If Serowe overruns the date SM can operate in Lesedi by a lengthy period - then Hydrogen might be back! Otherwise it one for the future when we'll have lots of gas!

Why have TLOU been so quiet for a couple of years?

Is it not obvious that by now we expected to be in Botswana with a working Hydrogen prototype? We would be on the verge of arbon credits already!!!

As it has become more evident that producing Black Hydrogen is proving more difficult than SM expected, TLOU have hedged their bets and planned for the Hydrogen project to be delayed!

Hence the poles!

They will be needed whether Hydrogen happens or not , and if both projects are brought online, plus solar power , TLOU will have to decide which route is the priority - a happy problem , all profitable but only one will produce the optimum solution based on several factors , not least increased gas flows and whether Serowe power produces more for shareholders than 50% of the Hydrogen/Carbon business.

I wonder what cut of carbon credits SM are entitled to? There is lots for our experts to sort out!

If Synergen produce a working prototype and the Hydrogen and Black Carbon is profitable and carbon credits are immediately payable, do you think TLOU will save it for the future and hope nobody else overtakes us????

With companies signed up to be carbon neutral by 2050 , they are already paying out billions for carbon credits! The price is expected to soar and TLOU are set to prosper on all their GREEN ambitions - we don't do any other colour!!

If Synergen crack the Black Carbon solution tomorrow, you cannot tell me that we'll sit back on it! It is evident to me that TLOU KNOW THIS IS A POSSIBILITY but cannot sya so for several reasons!!!

1. They will pressurise SM unnecessarily.
2. SM might not succeed in 15 months.
3. We hope to have CBM power or Hydrogen/Carbon in 15 months BUT WHICH ONE WILL BE FIRST? How can they say they don't know??

This is an exciting time, before 15 months us up we'll know which route to Carbon Credits is more likely and this share will have rocketed in price! CBM power is a given - it is just a question of time!

Hydrogen depends upon SM! I have been saying this for what seems like eternity but few of you seem to get it!!!!

Carbon credits are going to make me rich one day - I just hope it won't be posthumously!

I see LSE ar quoting a small drop in the sp even though the market is closed.

The is an auction before opening , and after closing ech day.
Brokers tidy up the books by compromising on their prices (up or down) where possible and then the market opens.

I am amazed LSE report this period when we normally have to wait until 8:15 or later to get the early trades. I think the length of the auction varies from exchange to exchange.

Whizzer you ignore the possibility that they might have a Tx line and no electricity in 15 months time.
Then you'll be criticising them for putting up poles despite us having a 50% share in the biggest Hydrogen business in Africa, plus a fortune from the carbon credits the Green hydrogen entitles us to! The credits could be worth more than the Hydrogen and Carbon!!

Tesla make more from carbon credits than they do from making the cars - look it up!

Having lost my bike keys , I ordered one from Ducati in Miami for $40!
They informed me that free postage was unavailable to the UK so I needed to choose one of the three options at $16 and more!
I could not find a way to pay them $16 and not buy another key! So I asked them to raise an invoice for $16 which they did , some hours later!

By then I lost patience and told then to cancel the first order and I would repeat it with the postage included!

Seconds after I completed an order for $40 plu $16 postage , they raised the invoice for £16!

They then cancelled the first order but this was the resulting Paypal statement!
I lost $2 somehow in FX convertion rates - I am not too unhappy - $40 is a hell of a saving on over £100 in the UK! The cheapest in the UK was £69.

But take care buying abroad , this was a bit of a wake up call!
I expected $40 to be refunded of course. But there was quite a bit of faffing around because I saw the chance to get the postage tbh :O(

I'm loving my new Dell Inspiron. It lights the keys when I reboot, and now I find it can be switched on and off with F5! My typing should improve now I can see the metal keys which will not fade like the plastic ones!

Using Windows 11 I can shutdown and restart and be running Visual Studio Developments within seconds! I don't bother with SLEEP anymore (it does not turn off the wireless mouse every time) and if it does not the machine gets hot! I shutdown and reboot which was taking the old laptop something like 5 to 10 minutes! It may have been continually updating Windows 11 from 10 and not telling me!!

Jonah, I think your quotes were made before Woodbois made the change in policy regarding carbon credits.

|We might have a considerable number of deforested plots in Moz , and the opportunity to buy empty plots might be there as well , so we can certify the plots , plant new trees and get the hell out while they grow and great carbon depoits. I don't suppose insurgents are after wood as much as ivory or whatever the current demand is for in China.

In view of what you say , I am pleased we are concentrating on Gabon. New industrial sites in Moz might have loads of problems if there is unrest there.

In Gabon most hectares contain 500 to 1000 trees so up to 170m trees with a possible minimum of 85m trees?

There are other species too , okoumé is not the hardest wood but grows quickly.

Gabon is still justifiably the favoured country for WBI for both historical and future potential.
But Mozambique is more advanced that I thought.

Watching stuff from August last year whilst the troll was active is disorientating at a new company. August 2022 is not far off. At least my memory is up to some of the figures from what you say. Since I gave up taxiing I have noticed that I don;t remember street names anywhere near as well as I once did! I guess motivation is the important factor as you get older?

I have recommended one of my neighbours takes a look at Woodbois if he fancies a dabble on the Stock Exchange! I don't do that to people I know very often. I must have a good feeling here! The business is fairly straight-forward and does not require us to dig holes 400m deep or more! Quite refreshing really. Getting containers seems to be the problem from what I make out! We won't need them to deliver certificates and collect carbon credits unless we do and we are bigger than tesla :O)
