Good point DTE , worth considering , but , apart from the MCAP risking a hostile takeover , something that does not bother me.
There is not a snowball's chance in L , that the board/shareholders would vote for surrender at current price.
If the board don't have the same belief as mine I will start believing Moagi is sensible!
The sp is not representative of the value of this company!
It reflects the actions of a handful of wallies , and ,unfortunately, a few, I pray , who have to sell against their wishes for personal reasons! Plus the other half , people like me who are taking advantage of the former, and helping the latter ( if it is really a help) !!
If I asked how much you want for each of YOUR shares what price would you sell at?
Those figures , considerably more than 1.5p I bet , are nearer the true value!
At the bottom would be Whizzer types who merely want to break even! Maybe 5p+?
Then there are those who want some sort of profit , probably 8p upwards for them!
and then the rest of us who believe in Saint . Tony.
This hypothesis applies to the shareholders who agree to sell and never come back!
Clearly all of us would sell and buy back at a cheaper price if we had the chance!
Neither price is nearer the true value of the company than the low prices during Covid , as I see it!
We all thought that we going to get options at 4.4p soon - the price had to be above 4.4p to make it worth while - neither the sp or 4.4p would have reflected the value of the company!
At least there is no dilution from the lack of options.
On WBI there were hundreds and thousands of trades daily - quite refreshing becuase they moved the spread that is static on TLOU on most days , making buys and sells flags very iffy!
Carbon credits, and even more credits if Green Hydrogen arrives , plus Hydrogen and Sodium Cyanide or Carbon imho more than make up for the dilution highlighted below!
Took a while but found these figures!
