Contrary to most opinions, I really think negative posts on LSE DO INFLUENCE INVESTMENTS.
Anybody who is not convinced that TG is going to produce the goods for us, and have halved their losses or even gone into credit, are bound to consider whether selling is sensible!
With millions bought at 3.5 while the share price is less than 2p , I do not know wht people are skittish! We are in the run-up to producing electricity within a year , and this is in our hands not a mysterious company like SM or the dithery govt depts , TG has been there before and made billions for his shareholders with 2 CBM/electricity companies! He has kept us afloat through Covid shutdowns and dithery govt demands and several years of dewatering without an income - managing the income next Autumn will be a doodle imho!
For newcomers, expect TLOU to plough any income back into the business, start small at low gas prices, expand production at higher prices, add Solar , was always the plan. We could have applied for 100Mw at the price we will supply 2Mw, up to 10Mw, from 2023!
The plonker Moagi, supported Kalahari Energy (Sekaname) who applied for 90+MW before falling by the wayside!
He criticised TLOU for not taking advantage of "the economy of scale" that KE would achieve.
£10m for 10Mw was the price at that time, and it is still the price TLOU quote!
If Botswana do not up their price , TLOU will sell to neighbouring countries on the Southern african newtowek (SAPP) at higher prices! Botswana will definitely pay the market rate imho, and TG will prove he is ahead of the game! The Doc knows it, and so do one or two of us on here! Believe trolls at your peril!
