The Doc has given TLOU the options money they missed out on from us now! We have not lost out because we can still buy well below the 4.4p that we were hoping to pay for those options!

If the share price had risen to say 7p , that would have been a tidy 2.6p per share bonus!
1.9p today + that 2.6p means we match the options deal once the price reaches 4.5p , and at 7p we will be quids in!!!! Any bets on when 4.5p and 7p will be achieved???? 4.5p by Xmas, 7p by Easter , 11p in the summer is my hope! What say you MM?

Sait, if you are looking for an even cheaper share with only 650m shares in issue, 10 years preparation which will start earning within a year, and a good chance of expanding into the hydrogen, carbon, and solar markets before 20 years have passed , look at my history and see where I post. WBI are much the same company that over 20 years has been producing timber whilst issuing 2Bn shares. They have moved into veneers recently and expect profits to rise year on year. Once they find a partner to manage virgin acreage tree-wise for, there is possibiity of earning the fast bucks from carbon credits IF THEY GET FAVOURABLE TERMS? Cannot see it happening and to buy their own vacant create will increase the issue higher than 2Bn so amazing profits are needed to pay a decent dividend (eventually). Carbon credits are needed if the rules change on their 1m acres or Jeff Bezos was serious about helping Gabon.

Paul is an honest guy , but was very naive about carbon credits and how they were being perceived from his words. That word "forward" caused the problem.

Dr Campbell has only paid a premium based on the fools gold price determined by those who are too stupid to see the price is false , and those who are in desperate financial positions and are taking whatever they can get for their gold. Without Covid TLOU would have sold all those options and we'd have been very happy to pay 8c and 4.4p for a share that cose 5p++ on the markets!! Anybody with half a brain and a few quid to spare should be happy @ 3.5p and I suspect they are! 3.5p was the price the Pension Fund paid as well - averaging down from 11p!

Tony said he was determined to avoid asking regular shareholders for even more money if possible for as long as possible. I considered equity release on my house at fixed compound interest versus the value of my shares for my heirs!! If property values crash, as I expect them to, I wonder if the equity will be proportionally greater than the bricks and mortar value!

With interest rates rising there was a potential profit to be made on the equity whether in shares or in savings accounts. I have noticed the number of adverts for equity release are reducing and I expect could disappear pretty soon. My expectation is that my TLOU shares will be worth as much as my property if I live long enough. 4 or 5 years will do it.

657m shares is still well below 1bn , and TG has received some of the lost option money (that we did not pay). My £300 per monthly trades continue - 20k shares again this month! Worth £1000 @ 5p now or £2000 @ 10p within a year??? I love the way TLOU operates!

TG has consistently reiterated his mission to produce greener energy.
Imo he delayed the Hydrogen production with Synergen Met for precisely that reason!
If they are being honest (not 100% certain) then SM could produce Hydrogen NOW but we'd have Carbon Dioxide as a bi-product - and nobody can argue that greenhouse gs is GREEN!

So SM took the Solid-Carbon or Carbon-black route which was not only GREEN but would improve income because Solid Carbon is in demand for tyres and a multitude of other industries. The gas was available , and still is , for SM to put their money where their mouth is, but we know now that we'll need the gas within 12 months for Serowe - so the heat reamins on for SM , but not so for TLOU!

After 12 years of spouting that TLOU is a Green Energy producer - I forgive TG or whoever phrased it as a mission accomplished while it is not until we eat the pudding!!! I wonder who raised the complaint that put ASIC on the case. And why? Coal producers seems most likely?

We discussed this at the time I think. You can power bulbs with electricity , or many hands make light work! 42% of the poles sounds good and that was 6 weeks ago!

The thing that strikes me though is that TLOU have never waivered from $10m for 10MW!
That suggests the price of that 10MW is set in concrete!!! That was why TG was not desperate to get a PPA for huge amounts of electricity. I assume that beyond the 10MW , we'll attract a higher unit price , and the SAPP threat comes into play to keep BPC's feet on the floor. Sekaname would have been committed to $93M for electricity worth a lot more - economy of scale but for BPC not for them!

I think that TLOU and Politics go hand in hand with how I lose money!

It looks extremely likely that Rishi or Boris will replace Liz Truss who I condemned by Xmas ( or sooner) on a a vote of confidence after I lost a few quid on Rishi being a certainty!!!!

TLOU have gone through a protracted period of uncertainty as Rishi did through the farcical election process, but my tip of Sunak for PM and Kemi Badenoch as Chancellor looks quite live to me - though Hunt may be kept for an illogical consistency of power? Personally, Kemi as PM and Rishi as Chancellor would be attractive but there is no chance of that!

Ben Wallace was my choice at the start of the whole process, but he ruled himdself out early doors, and how pleased I was when he finally supported Truss!!!!! He is either a ****** or a plonker - Truss was never fit for office! And he is still opposed to Rishi , so I think he must be BOTH!!!!!!

I understand why Boris is in the running - his lies were not for personal gain, imho , the parties were marginally so , but if the staff in No #10 were able to have coffee, chocolate or tea during the day, did it matter if they had alcohol after hours? I never saw it as a terrible fault, though it was hyprocrisy! His lies were largely to support his friends rather than condemn them. He sounds like a PM , with quick answers and a broad knowledge of anything that is bunged at him, but I am hopeful that Rishi is also able to do that , and won't shame us Britains when he meets foreign leaders as Truss would have!

Jeremy Hunt as Chancellor?

He had 6 years in Health , and imho , he ended my wife's life by driving the exodus of Dr's abroad. She totally believed in her gynaecologist oncologist but he resigned and went to Australia. He was replaced by locums who probably cost more than Richard and were very uninspiring compared to him.

It sounds to me as if the ex-Chancellor's policues were what Truss committed to. Imho, TLOU are careful about spending money for as long as they have no income! A bit like me, living off a pension, but with savings in the bank! I am reticent to touch my savings because they are not going to be replenished from my pensions - and like a packet of biscuits, once it is open they somehow disappear?

We will see a different company once the money flow is two-way, or buy-directional. And at that point, of course , we will be able to market extra electricity without government, pandemic, and transmission problems in the way (up to 25Mw). The alternative Carbon, Hydrogen and Bitcoin mining should not suffer the hindrance that electricity has had to endure!

If TLOU got to their current position as a private company , and were about to floating on AIM or ASX within the next year , how much would we be prepared to pay per share? Fantasists will quote single figure pence! Total nutters less than 5p. Pension fund shelled out millions @ 11p and have built their holdings since at nutter prices! For me 11p would be a bargain and coincidentally the ASX lowest IPO price is 20c which is slighly more than 11p! 11p is 19.2c today!
