Catch22 - dewatering a fish is so dangerous ... and if you don't rescue your shares the sharks will get them - a major major problem. Sell them to the nearest prawn broker.

The ramping post was taken down after prophecying 1000%+ gains so the get rich quick fraternity who arrived here as a result is no longer growing world wide. It was saying BUY NOW from 8p or 9p all the way down to 2p. At that level it was an obvious load of bunkum.

When I bought in WBI did not counter the idiot's claims so it was plausible! Once WBI answered a question from a shareholder about carbon credits from their 1m acres m it was clearly an error by the author of the article! It immediately disappeared and it looked like a misunderstanding in good faith. BUT THEN IT REAPPEARED EXPOSING THE AUTHOR AS A FRAUD OR IT WAS CLONED BY NE'ER DO WELLS. I got out as soon as Paul Dolan said that the Gabon govt were entitled to any carbon credits from WBI's acreage. So WBI need new vacant lots to benefit from carbon credits and cannot afford to buy them. So you are investing in their timber business until they get that vacant land. With over 2Bn shares issued they need to sell a lot of timber to produce any sort of dividend!

The explanation is simple from my point of view! At least, it would have been back in November!

It reflects my claim that there IS NO MARKET PRICE for Tlou , just a bunch of twots selling at ridiculously low prices so the faithful can average down! Not enough shares are available on that route for the Doc, and it would have moved the price to possibly 5p to satisfy his thirst for shares, so he sought a private placing and TLOU capitulated!!!!! Having got away with that coup, the DOC tried it on to top up a second time!! And a third , fourth might have been forth coming if TLOU did not do what they should have done in the first place!!!!

They should have told him the books were closed and if he wants shares then but them on the exchanges! If my theory proved right and he bought a few million to clean out the clowns, the price would have risen and even TLOU shareholders might have twigged they were holding golden nuggets!!! He would have needed to pay real money to get a few tens of millions of shares. At a realistic price , ZAK MIR's tip was 3p+ 3.3p from memory, TLOU could have issued a general placing to all of us at a preferential rate to bring in 3.5p a share from all and sundry! If we did not take up our quotas , then the DOC could have bought the surplus , or the Directors, or the Pension Fund? MM's post reflects that process imho!! TG missed a trick!

On 3rd Nov Tlou closed at 1.35p and had 600m shares issued = £8.1m MCap.
On 4th Nov Tlou received A$2m, £1.1m, for 57m shares and closed at 1.65p = £11.2m MCap.
On 11th Nov Tlou received A$3m, £1.6m, for 86m shares and closed at 2.13p = £15.8m MCap.
In short Tlou's MCap has risen by £7.7m (+95%) from a cash injection totalling £2.7m.

Blimey Whizzer, you probably realise I am only popping in here every few days instead of hour by hour. I noted MM was doing it too by the absence of his posts and thought we were playing the waiting game for news. Looking at his history it has virtually disappeared with only "nudge" post from 2020 and earlier left. His premium membership appears to have lapsed - I hope he is okay. .......

Panic over! I just remembered my search engine and decided to use it! Catch-22 reared its ugly head , Sergeant Major Major Major was fresher in my long term memory than MinorMiner is in my short non-existent term memory.

I input MajorMinor .... and sod's law that was found , possibly an old MM account? He is in my search engine as a preselected poster alongside you and BTS and a few others.

MinorMiner is still active as expected , so, no, I did not know he had sold up and moved on to greener pastures than Botswana desert and Green Tlou! Did he publish his departure?

Hiya whizzer, I still believe in TG but where I had no concerns with his leadership, I am now a tad worried that he is flawed.

When the Doc bought at $0.035 and not at my £0.035 price , MM expressed some concern where the Doc would finish!! I assumed he meant that a hostile takeover could have started. I excused TG for selling at what was described as a premium price - the price the Fund paid 3.5p or £0.035 which was a discounted price from 5p. That 5p included options at 4.4p at a time when 7p_+ looked likely soon after!

I always blamed TG for dragging the price down to that 3.5p , but excused him because it was a false price for our main shareholder. The many idiots that we have in this stock ignored that and sold down to 3.5p as if it was a general placing for us all! The fund were never going to profiteer like some of us might have!!! And then Covid damped everything down and that alone killed our options. Nobody's fault outside of China?

But TG has done it again! 5p to 3.5p on a preferential placing. And now down to 3.5c or 1.978p , just the same!!! Once forgiveable, twice unforgiveable! And to add insult to that he and the directors have rewarded themselves via the back door for their reduced salaries. I noted GG was not on the list for the Xmas present.

They will only prosper if the price goes up , so it is not a gift yet. But it will be if they issue good news of the poles/wires and substations! And then it will double if the gas flows improve. We'll make back some of the dilution we have suffered from these preferential placings and then move into profit maybe??? How many years have we had our money tied up here with no dividends or profits? I consider my teeth well and truly kicked!

I am hopeful of an Autumn connection to Lesedi - TLOU has the incentive of seeing their 1.9p shares multibag!! If it happens I am expecting ASX to ask about the gift vouchers that were authorised today and earlier.

Just read the script and all that was planned was questions about the voting process and proxy votes. There may have been lots of questions , and a lot of discussion , but we'll see that in the net few days I guess. The document we have is purely the agenda and the details of the propositions and the result. Martin McIver planned to stand aside so TG could present anything that involved Martin and was then to hand back to him.

It was a bus timetable prepared in advance , not the actual bus journey whith Will Smith giving someone a slap. It was not the AGM where we can expect financial figures , progress and hold-ups reports etc...

He did not!!!! I took that to mean he was unhappy , not at 3.5c but at 3.5p , of course!

So I am saying , TG might well have given us a heads up , and might have agreed to that price under duress? Nobody picked up on it, so he may well have thought "if you cannot beat them then join them?". The directors deserve the best price including TG , but the chances of TG letting this company go for prices like this is unthinkable. So why agree to it?

At 1.9p he could have had a full placing and raised more than the Doc has put in.

I have always thought the market price is a false price and the true price is north of 5p.

TG obviously thinks so! And I am irritated that the Pension fund were stuffed at 11p accidentally , and then stuffed again at 3.5p !!!!! Neither at the time was unreasonable - but issuing these new golden nougats outside of us and the Pension fund stinks and sticks 2 fingers up to all of us!!!!

Having let us down with our options at 4.4p I think we should all have had the chance to buy at 1.9p, not just a select few! I was happy at 3.5p per share but not 3.5c!!!!

I broke my varifocals on the motorbike, squeezing them on under a helmet is difficult! So I am using a pair of specs that could be any age, bi-focals , which I prefer to varifocals, but not perfect so I read 3.5p for $3.5 because it was what I expected to see I suppose.

Nobody corrected me - I wish they would - when I OKAYED the Docs shares at 3.5p. That was simply matched the Pension Fund issue which was fine. But now the directors have gifted themselves that 1.9p price. I am really not happy with them at all!

Dilution for us , offset for them!!!

All motions carried with up to 98% in favour. My protest was worth 1% of the 2%+

I have been thinking about the immigrants from Calais.
If we are serious about putting the traffickers (why doesn't that have a u instead of i?) out of business there is a solution! Instead of spending a fortune rescuing them from the sea why on earth do we not accept their £5k's they are paying the unoti's and allow them to come in on the ferries like human beings. That £5k could cover the cost of checking their entitlement to stay and the cost of the ferry back!!! Add the savings from rescues might create a few jobs in border control etc.

If the unotis lower their price - we match it - until it is uneconomic so they give up!
