Does TG look like a man under pressure?
He casually mentioned 4 or 5 successful projects, always said this is the best of all, and the reassurance he gets from the pension fund is magic.
They have never doubted he will get there , and neither have I , it is a matter of when , not if , it pays off. As Winni said , he has worked miracles to survive 10 years without no company earnings. And 600m shares , compared to Sirius at least, leaves quite a bit of room to raise some cash from a much higher shareprice later? Hopefully 400m new shares at 30p or more will allow TLOU room to exand on all fronts, Hydrogen , Solar , Gas and Carbon - all viable in the long run. 30p I hear Whizzer and Moagi sneering? Yes, as soon as Synergen Met announce the lance is working , I think we'll see a fantastic rise from around 1p to 11p , and from there , as good news hits the fan , steady progression as the most stupid of people realise the potential.
There is no urgency yet , we are wasting the gas we are producing by flaring it , so do we really want more gas , just to produce bigger flares? Of course not!
I'm hoping I'll live long enough to see this come to fruition - but that is out of TG's control! And mine!
I am still considering equity release , and 4% daily interest fixed rate on the equity. Mortgage rate ?
How much are mortgages above the base rate?
The rate will stay a set percentage above the base rate, usually around 0.5-2%.
Base rate plus 2% is over 4% today. It could be a money maker. House prices must collapse soon - could be massively - that complicates the whole situation.
