Donk raises a good issue 'on the other side' , coronavirus.
He doesn't think anybody will invest in TLOU for months even if they achieve gas flows, because the epidemic will interfere with progress on a PPA etc.
If I was looking for a project that was going to be least affected by it , I think I'd find a company which is is working in the middle of a desert without a Las Vegas containing a huge population anywhere near.
Extracting gas from way below ground seems as likely as anywhere to avoid the virus, and provided the cables and pylons are deliverable from whereever they are manufactured, putting them up across a desert is probably the next best place to be working. They reckon a 2 metre gap between people in open air should protect them from each other.
Apart from miners, so many companies centre on office, shop, hotel and factory workers - all indoors and in close proximation. If was a miner exec, I think I'd set up shop in a F1 style luxury autohome and move office to a place like Lesedi.
Keep up the good work, Donk , I have never known anyone raise so many negatives which are actually positives quite like you.
If I was working in a built up area like Gabarone then I think my application for a job at Tlou would be in a motorbike couriers hands already!
If the project takes longer than expected, whoopee, the hopes of an end to coronavirus will also be greater!
Also given all the health issues in Africa for centuries, I suspect unlike Donk, they'll regard coronavirus as European man-flu in Botswana , by all accounts it is not a serious problem unless you are as old as me or have respiratory problems already. The world is closing in on me , RBD , coronavirus , and TLOU gas flows ...... hopefully TLOU will beat the other two, but if not , I'll be past caring.
Another recording overnight ....very brief again, but I cannot make out what I am saying in a very different voice - a bit Vincent Price like - a little eerie but not shouting which was my fear for my neighbours who have a young baby and for Poppy. My bedroom is the closest part of my house to their kitchen so it would have to be very loud to reach them ,if it did not wake me up anyway!
