Hi Dadean,

I wasn't involved in the 2016 offer but what I know at present, having spoken to my Broker X-O, is that it can take anything from 1-3 weeks to get any excess funds back into your account. I believe there will be some scaling back on Excess shares and both Open Offer and Excess Shares will appear in my account in the next few days. Then I'll know how much unused funds I'll have to wait on to be returned.

In the meantime, I 'm hoping the SP stays this low (or lower) to use the excess funds appropriately.

Over the last 3 weeks I have been sending daily requests to AEG via their website to both the BOD and Mr Melling (Corporate Guidance Officer).

Apparently, AEG appear to not be sending AN form of acknowledgement whatsoever - so much for so-called Corporate Ethical Guidance rules LMAO

So this evening I sent a Formal request to raise a vote at either an EGM or the next AGM to have Mr Rowan dismissed from the company.

I suspect my tiddling position won't warrant being able to initiate such an event but if the vote does come up anytime soon then I will most certainly be voting against him - and Mr Melling for not enforcing the Corporate rules.

It's an absolute disgrace that Rowan thinks he and the other BODs can take salaries and even bonuses or additional shares when all they do is utterly fail to meet any targets and treat shareholders as money banks.

Personally, I know for sure that I could easily do far better. For a start, the Utah plant would have been getting dismantled well before the Lumberton site was procured as it was highly unlikely it wouldn't go ahead. Secondly, the Utah plant should only have taken 1 week (2 in the worst case) to transport.... it's supposed to be containerised for quick and easy transport.

You could have a haulage company supply 2 or 3 drivers per truck so they could transport the goods in double quick time - yes my borther's mate runs a haulage firm which I have ridden with in the past so its not difficult for modern haulage companies to do such tasks.

Yep, vote me in - I'll sack half the BOD and kick backsides to get things more proactive.

Quite often, if you want to stop the likes of a subscription pop-up from appearing try depressing the [ESC] key (i.e. press & hold) for a few seconds or more after the page has loaded text/pics.

It may need you to let it pop-up first to see how long after the page starts loading before the pop-up appears then select [F5] then depress [ESC] just before your estimated pop-up time expires.

Well, not exactly genius is it. After all, stage 2 only proceeds if SXX gets the full offer placing off the ground. If we all sold and didn't take up at least the full offer quota then everyone, including you, wouldn't have a stock to buy into.

I did indeed take up my full offer quota so SXX can hopefully continue with st2 funding.

I also have spare cash just in case the SP drops further...

Hopefully though AFC will follow up such areas to see any potential partnerships or if other competitors are trying to gain excusivity to what may be a more efficient and cheaper Ammonia cracking tech.

I didn't mentiion or infer that AFC have any tech to crack Ammonia, their rns refers to using available market crackers.

Hence why i mentioned the australian tech as its a potentilly good 'partner'.

I also mentioned the 2 car firms because they have demonstration vehicles precisely embodying hydrogen fuel cells.

Hence once more it seems AFC has potential to speak with them on demographic role outs etc.

The concern is whether those companies are already in talks with another competitor for partnering with actual "fuelling systems".

Maybe read my text again.... but maybe AFC should read it and follow up.

Using Ammonia is an efficient way to 'package' Hydrogen that is much cheaper to store and transport than pure hydrogen be it as gas or as liquid.

Also, because of the tight NH3 bonding, Ammonia holds more Hydrogen than does liquid hydrogen.

A few problems may exist here for AFC:-

In early August 2018, scientists from Australia's Commonwealth Scientific and Industrial Research Organisation (CSIRO) announced the success of developing a process to release hydrogen from ammonia and harvest that at ultra-high purity as a fuel for cars. This uses a special membrane and has already been trialed in demonstration vehicles by Toyota and Hyundai.

So, AFC needs to announce whether they are able to do better than both those manufacturers as they are aware of this and whether they have been able to compare the different technologies. It may be that the Australian tech supercedes AFCs?

X-O WEBSITE TIPS

1) I use this lse site to look at trades, charts etc as XO site not the best.

2) On the PORTFOLIO page simply clicking on the [Refresh Summary] button doesn't work repeatedly. Instead, press either F5 (refresh) then the [RS] button to refresh the Portfolio value and how its changing in real time.

3) Alternatively if you want to see when the cash value and other values change, for example after buying/selling shares then keep switching between the [Account Summary] and [Portfolio Valuation] pages on the Portfolio page.

The portfolio valuation data is real-time data but you have to refresh such as per item (3) as the pages don't auto-refresh.

When you buy or sell shares on the Trading page remember that it takes time for the available cash to be updated (again not in real-time auto); so keep switching pages occassionally until cash and portfolio info updates.

The lack of auto-update and delays in data updating is a bit of a nuisance but hey i don't do 10s or hundreds of trades a day.

P.S. remember that X-O do a share ISA account so open that. If you have a share isa then you can transfer in. Speak to X-O to arrange it.

A good cheap broker service only is www.X-O.co.uk (jarvis investments).

They charge a very low £5.95 per transaction. So keeps the outlay percentage low.

The website isn't the best and it might take a small delay when updating account figures after transactions but keep clicking on the account summary and portfolio buttons and it'll update after a minute or 2.

A good thing is on the trading page you can enter/re-enter a share code such as AEG and it'll give you the real-time bid/offer prices without having to actually submit a buy/sell... good for monitoring the price fluctations :-)

As yet I have had no responses to any of my previous messages so not holding out any hope that the BOD will bother with this one :-(

However, I guess I have to persevere on my and fellow shareholders behalf in the hope that the BOD will actually fulfill their Corporate Governance guidelines of conferring with Shareholders :-)

Now that AEG is concentrating its efforts and establishing CS production in Lumberton can the BOD confirm the likely sequence of events and their perceived, realistic timescales as indicated below please:-

1) Establishment of a signed Commercial contract(s) for CS before Sep/Oct.

2) Have the Lumberton plant commissioned, certified and COMMERCIALLY producing CS to either fulfill item (1) or at least to be stockpiled to fulfill an imminent (i.e. before OCT) Commercial contract.

3) If the first contract (or multiple contracts) don't add up to at least 400ktpa are further contract likely to be acquired to achieve this level of supply or exceed it.

4) In essence, can/will AEG begin stockpiling of CS by August 2019 (or at least before Dec'2019) regardless of established contracts, and will this be at or around the quoted 5 tons per hour or above?

I, and other shareholders are very well aware of AEG's lack of progress in the past regarding previous claims for contracts and production and hence feel that the AEG BOD need to now provide us with REALISTIC and ACHIEVABLE statements with which we can regain much needed confidence in the company.

No doubt as Directors you too wish to make a great success of this product and shareholders are simply asking that you be more direct, honest and upfront with information please.

I doubt Nagy and the other members of the Bashing Brigade (BB) are willing to say anything about the meeting that would be actually factual and meaningful.

I very much doubt they even attended - regardless of their statements of it being wonderful and constructive etc.

The fact is that there is very little that anyone on this Board now knows about the TRUE nature of the AEG BOD in terms of utter past failures etc.

The simple and undeniable truth is that AEG have only one shot now of so-called making a go of this so-called "Disruptive" technology of theirs.

They MUST:-

1) Established a signed Commercial contract(s) for CS before Sep/Oct.

2) Have the Lumberton plant commissioned, certified and COMMERCIALLY producing CS to either fulfill item (1) or at least being to STOCKPILE to fulfil an IMMINENT (i.e. before OCT) Commercial contract.

In essence, if AEG cannot begin Revenu generation by Sep/Oct then they need to be forcibly voted out.

I personally believe that I, and some others on here, could manage this company far better; while maintaining a professional and courteous relationship with ALL shareholders.

So, lets see who, (particularly the likes of Nagy), will simply agree to the above timescales and events - as well as stop generating foolish, anecdotal and trolling comments on the board.

The fact is, we ALL want this to succeed, so lets start getting real and pressure the BOD instead of each other please :-)

Why wait to sell at 20p at a loss?

There's a good possibility of profit via the placement for you and every other shareholder.

The SXX shares are no XO which means the quantity of shares you have (50k) now means you have entitlement to apply for approx 2272 offer shares at 15p each.

NOTE: whether you sell your shares now or buy more has NO effect on the allowance of 2272 shares, so you can sell 2272 shares at 16.7 or at least above 16p and take up the 2272 at 15p.

Potentially you can predict if the share price is going to drop before the 22 May, as that's when the offer gets taken up formally and will represent around 28-31& dilution according to prospectus.

So, you can at least sell 2272 (you'll need to sell a few more as you need to make sure you have all the funds in place to cover not only the shares at 15p, but also the stamp duty, commission and PTM).
Keep the sale money in the account to cover the offer take up and you get a bunch of shares at 15p. Then if they go up to 20p you make that bit extra profit.

If your shares are in CREST then you should be contacted shortly by your CREST supplier (Broker account provider) regarding how to go about applying - but as I say, you will need funds in the account at time of applying and keep it in.

I'm curiously amused by how Bolinger Bands can be quite indicative of an SP.

Unfortunately the trend lines for AEG seem to be pointing towards the bottom 0.4 or lower over the next 2 months.

Curiously still (I'm hoping its right), the trend lines seem to also indicate the possibility that AEG may begin a steep climb period around July+ and could go up markedly towards 0.9++

So, I guess I'm both bashing and ramping LOL

It leaves me in that profound position of wondering whether I should go with the 'inferred' trend and sell all or half in the hope of buying in later at a much lower price and gain a potential large gearing (I've managed to increase my 'original' stake in AEG by over 47% over the last 2 months doing it).

I might get bit in the rear but it 'seems' viable.

The curious thing is...... it seems to fit in with the 6-8 weeks timeline given by AEG......... hmmmmm

It's interesting and enjoyable to watch nagy, flee69 et al doing what they do worst :-)

I do wonder if they are the same person... but then their grammar etc is somewhat different so i guess they're just good buddies on a mission.

So, basically, the Users on this board who insist on trying to boost the SP while slagging off others who ask reasonable queries, refuse to give ANY information from the meeting ... which seemed to be utterly good from what little is told.

It seems to me that those of us who have a realistic opinion are more likely to be helpful to others on here.

In my view, as I've said before on here, AEG will need to establish their actual commercial production within the next 3-4 months.

If they can't be generating at least 5tph by end of September latest then they are a bag of charlatans who don't deserve to be on a BOD.

Personally, I'm absolutely confident that I could arrange to get the Utah plant fully transferred to Lumberton in less than 3 weeks - so I really don't understand how this BOD has taken so long and yet haven't even got a piece there yet.

As I suspect, these so-called "Test Reactors" are likely not part of the actual 'Commercial' Utah plant.

But hey, maybe AEG have been on a go-slow while they consider how they will appease shareholders :-)

Bit concerned that its taken this long to get only 'part' of the plant there but hey - it's moving.

What 'troubles' me is the use of the term "Test Rectors". The Utah plant was supposed to be a fully working 'Commercial' plant - NOT a 'Test Bed'?

That does not imbue confidence in the truthfulness or correctness of numerous previous RNSs.

I disagree. We know how much AEG paid for the site in cash and CLNs etc but whether they seriously overpaid is worth considering. It's "nice-to-know" info in my view - thanks for posting link.

Interestingly, the 'guestimate' value was over $7mil. So we could look at it as being an excellent deal instead ?
