3rd "Formal No-Confidence" request30 May 2019 12:37
I've now sent a 3rd and final request to AEG via their website for a vote of no-confidence against Mr Rowan. I've also indicated that I'm now contacting Aim REgulators regarding what I consider to be unethical and unprofessional behaviour by the AEG BOD that I believe are detrimental to shareholders. Although AIM Regulators do not normally want to get involved in such situations regarding corporate guidance, I believe they should investigate as it is clear that AEG has no intention whatsoever to conduct themselves appropriately.
I sent the following message which I hope others who feel like me will copy and send in support via www.aegplc.com/contacts page:-

Hello,
I have sent 2 previous messages indicating my formal request for a vote of No-Confidence in Mr Rowan and, in the event of a successful outcome of the vote, that Mr Rowan be removed from the BOD immediately.
As yet there has not been the slightest response to my requests, not only to my No-Confidence request but also to the 9 previous messages requesting information about the Utah and Lumberton sites.
It is NOW BLATANTLY APPARENT that the AEG BOD are unethical, unprofessional and BLATANTLY REFUSING to acknowledge or respond to legitimate Shareholder requests.
It is also clear that the AEG BOD refuses to comply with its so-called Corporate Governance rules and guidelines - a complete diabolical attitude indeed.
As such I now also intend to sending copies of all the messages including dates that I have sent via this web contact page to the AIM regulators requesting that they investigate AEG for what I consider to be Unethical, unprofessional and irregular behaviour.
I believe the inaction of the AEG BOD to both mine and other Shareholder requests, that I am fully aware of, represents a very clear damaging effect to the financial status and wherewithal of present and future shareholders.
The utter lack of appropriate Corporate Governance is indicative of a company failing to consider the impact of such behaviour on shareholders and detrimental to their financial position.
