Sick of the sheer audacity of the BOD wrt their non-response to any of our queries.

Phoned their nominated Adviser (re-AIM regs) SP Angel Corporate Finance LLP: +44 (0) 20 3470 0470. They bounced me onto the PR & IR company St Brides Partners Ltd (02072361177) and spoke to Gaby.

After explaining that 'we' are frustrated regarding lack of communication or responses I also indicated that informing Shareholders by use of videos or route map etc of the Utah Plant transportation to Lumberton was in my opinion not price-sensitive information since the market already knows it is being moved.

I indicated that in my opinion that the AEG BOD was not complying with their own Guidance Rules regarding open dialog and transparency with shareholders (whom they 'apparently' wish to maintain contact with on a regular basis).

Given AEG released an RNS in Jan'18 that stated the Plant design facilitated its rapid deployment via container it was disconcerting that the company can't even confirm that they have already started the transportation process.

However, she has stated that she will contact the group to discuss the matter of lack of response to shareholder queries and hopefully this may kick AEG into more proactive communication.

I hope this helps everyone...... but not sure what the PR&IR company can do to make AEG BOD act..... we'll see.

I'm supportive of the technology and it's potential but this sheer lack of communication and price drops is just not good enough.

I even sent a formal request to Mr Melling (responsible for ensuring AEG BOD comply with their Corporate Governance rules) to request a response to all my previous requests (i copied them in the form) AND to request that he formally investigates whether the BOD is not only getting such requests (i.e. other staff aren't dumping them) and that he requests a formal response from the BOD for their non-compliance.

Guess what....................

Yep........ no response.

So, sorry, had enough. Selling all my shares today. If it keeps dropping like this I'll be able to buy back in and obtain my previous share quantity with a much smaller investment (and gain any subsequent gearing if it happens).

Couldn't understand the big drop due to change of BOD while the final results were very encouraging?

Managed to buy some more this morning to average down and happy to see the BOD beginning to show their colours.

Not the biggest investment in monetary terms but still helps to boost confidence.

Now looking forward to an 'introduction' from the new CEO, who's track history bodes well indeed :-)

Karny: You're right about Spinks as I've found him communicative and straight to the point. But, as you say, He'll only be able to give info from the Timberland perspective.

Having reviewed Spinks' reputation I do wonder if he has moved away from AEG to Timberland because he suspects Timberland is where the future is??? Possibly via some Spin-off?

Sent a snotty message to Michael Rowan and Mr Healey (financial Director) requesting info that may affect share price as required under AIM rules. Also requested they provide regular weekly updates on their Web page of the Utah to Lumberton plant move using Videos (e.g. Drone flyovers etc) in order to engage with Shareholders and Fulfill their own "Corporate Governance" rules on their webpage.

Hopefully all of you will to and insist on regular updates.... We need much better Stakeholder engagement (NOT just 'Key Stakeholders').

I thought AEG received over £1million in further funding recently? or is this likely to have been consumed so quickly ?

P.S. Was going to average down again and got a buy quote of 0.5125..... now its giving me 0.4975.... I want to buy in but christ this is dropping like a stone.... Terrifying!!!!!

Been averaging down thorugh the day in the belief it can't go any lower..... Boy! was I wrong.

Waiting for one more Averaging Down purchase if I can buy at 0.525 or below.....

Then hopefully reap a bit of a rise between tomorrow and Friday/Monday.

Pray that it's all to do with CGT and ISAs :-)

Maybe that's why AEG have switched their time and effort to Lumberton as their first 'true' installation.

It's extremely disappointing that AEG seem to spend so much effort getting the Timber Permits to 'apparently' stall production or lumber extraction.

I've topped up 3 times today as the price as dropped..

Although the NFL government doesn't appear to have much hope for AEG in their province I would like to think that Timberland would start to commence lumber operations to at least extract some form of income; even a 1-2% net profit is still profit in my view; and they need to begin establishing their presence by using whatever sawmill resources are available.

However, I think the biggest hurdle AEG and timberland face in NFL is down to public and 'local' government issues which have arisen from local people's opinion that the Lumber resources belong to them..... but it doesn't.... it belongs to the Crown, regulated by the main government.

It would be better if the local people though of ways of helping Timberland and AEG to get up and running.

If I'm not mistaken it looks like the MMs are deliberately forcing the market into a sell spike. I'm hoping its the case and they are trying to garner a stock of AEG shares on the basis that they believe a nice future rise is on the way.

I really can't understand why a number of you are knocking NFL for his statements regarding EU funding???

He's giving you FACTUAL information that is correct!

I do see that its the same Basher Squad that always comes out of the woodwork at these times.

Give it a rest and accept the information with grace and wisdom. Maybe you should all provide some insightful information as to why the AEG SP has just dropped again with very little trading activity.

P.S. Getting EU Funding in my view won't help the AEG BOD suddenly become Proactive and make them more communicative regarding Utah-Lumberton Plant transfer and commissioning; They already have enough money for that!!!

Sadly, it's not the good news I was hoping for. It does of course clarify that they have now acquired the site but this was a pretty much forgone conclusion. There was little to no chance that the site wouldn't be approved. It is good news in that it was slightly earlier than I expected.

However, my concern is that the RNS doesn't mention anything about the actual decommissioning of the Utah plant either having been completed or even started.

In a previous post I gave my outline timescale and mentioned that IF AEG where 'Proactive' they would already be decommissioning the Utah plant in readiness for transportation as they would have known themselves that the site acquisition was a certainty.

This RNS doesn't mention any 'timeline' nor the decommissioned status of the Utah plant.

So, at present my concern is that the AEG BOD have been sitting on their hands in a 'Reactive' state - rather than pushing ahead to bring the Revenue-generating timescales of the Lumberton site closer.

Hopefully, AEG will take up one of the suggestions I sent them via their email contact page to produce videos and pictures of the Utah Plant progress (similar to how Sirius Minerals provides such progress).

So, if the AEG Board does happen to look at this board, then please think about videos etc to give us shareholders some insight to your more 'Proactive' nature and capabilities please.

I agree that contacting AEG appears an UTTER waste of time. I've not had a single response or even acknowledgement to 3 communications I've sent via their website. Last 2 where actually sent on 17th & 18th asking for progress reeggarding whether they have commenced decommissioning the Utah plant in readiness, whether they intend to inform shareholders about rezoninng and possible timescales, and to provide an overview of how the Utah plant has actually been used in the last year.

So it's damned annoying that we get to hear of the rezoning from a news article on the 18th and gyet hear bugger all from AEG.

Can anyone confirm how I can push forward a resolution for removing the entire board as I fear they need a kick up the proverbial...
