I'm a bit confused with your response regarding lack of inclusion of any dilution and inclusion of the SP in the Remuneration.
Milo's pertinent calculations clearly show that Dilution, regardless of its level, is ultimately incorporated in the total Share level of the company along with theSP being used in calculations. So such matters are covered.
On the other hand,tThe assertion you make regarding whether the remuneration represents an ambitious target or not is more worthy of discussion. Indeed, it may seem appropriate to conclude that the targets are 'Nominal' when comparing SXX to other Mining stocks; however it is clear that, unlike other established revenue-generating companies, SXX is not only a young company but one which is at a Pivotal point in its establishing its credibility as a substantial player in the market and reaching a position of being revenue-generating.
And so in my opinion, given these facts, may i suggest you consider the proposal that getting the company to where it presently is has shown the Board's capability to plan, manage, drive and motivate the construction the infrastructure in its current state.
In addition, the Board is showing substantial commitment not only to the environment and the local community, but they are showing tremendous fortitude in providing shareholders and the general public alike abreast as best they possibly can while keeping within the rules and regulations of AIM.
To the question of whether the future remuneration is 'appropriate' I believe we have to take account not only the previous years of leadership but also the fact that many of the Board have heavily invested themselves. In addition, to achieve the position outlined by Milo will be a substantial achievement in my view. It represents the culmination of negotiating funding in what may be a distressed market, it represents the construction of a world-leading mining system that protects the environment while providing much needed support to the local community in terms of revenue, jobs and their commitment to invest locally.
It my seem to some that the 'reward' is overly- generous; but in my view - it will be well-earned and justly deserved.
