The project is not yet sufficiently advanced for most institutional investors to buy in here. Pre-feasibility, bankable feasibility, and a load of other studies and a clear pathway to commencement of cash flows not too far our on the time horizon before most of the institutions would be allowed to invest under their fund mandates.

PE and VC and private markets - now that is a different group of money bags.

Why don't you guys break this uber-boring AIM / ASX share migration and register for this webinar next week. It is Botala Energy and they want to talk about their plans for Botswana and gas supply etc ahead. You can even submit questions in advance - come on Brad, time for you to shine. Just remember they are there to talk about them - not really so keen to hear about your falling off bikes, opinions on why TG is a saint, etc.

But seriously, it is a chance to quizz them on more important matters affecting CBM and establishing a gas supply industry in Botswana.

Big Bear / Risk point:

A single buried slurry pipeline (30Mtpa capacity) will transport the initial 12Mtpa of concentrate and the second-stage expansion to 30Mtpa. The pipeline will be 367km long to a new port facility 30km from Pointe Noire.

There will be more than a few bandits along the 367km way .......

Meanwhile I wonder if anything positive is happening at the company operational level ?

Seems you lot would rather scribe endlessly about personal admin things ..... Your focus should be on TG and management team and asking them a very simple question - WTF is going on ?

Maybe one or 2 of us that roam around message boards realise dominant posters on a message board usually do so for a reason. And it aint rocket science.

More drilling and testing required before the market believes this is a 6.9 billion tonne resource. When the market does start to believe the mine is at a scale this large, then we can expect the discount between NPV and price to narrow. That isn't likely to be for quite a while yet imo. Happy to be proven wrong.

If you bought in recently at current levels, then you have a reasonably decent chance to turn a profit. Dont get side-tracked by long termers here telling you how amazing the management team are - they ain't. Dont engage with brad unless you want to be bored silly. Hopefully you can bring something new and interesting to this board re comments - goodness knows we need some.

Absolute tosh MM. The clever industry reps all know the story, and knew the story before yesterday. The share price is not moving because the market makers have had to support the stock for quite some time, and are now using this period of interest in retail (and hopefully some institutional ) buying to offload their positions. Standard Market Making Operating Procedure - and I know you know that. As do quite a few others here.

This project might have been around for a decade plus, maybe 2 - but that has Zero bearing on how the market is going to value the stock today. And the reality is this project is a long long long way from being where it needs to get to in order for the discount to NPV and share price to start coming into line. And again I know you know that. As do quite a few others here.

Your posts are great by the way mostly. Would love you to spare me the AI diatribe as that is just waffle. As DT said at his inauguration - it's time to drill baby drill. That s what Zanaga needs to do to drive up confidence in the Resource and Reserves numbers, in order for the money men to get more involved. And until they do - this share price is just bouncing around since traders will make sure of that.

There will be 200+ clients with 50,000 or less shares - so 418 is largely irrelevant and would be misleading unless you look at the detail and segment numbers of small shareholders into Value.

The Value is all that matters. Clowns that inhabit here and talk about how the company should be run and blah blah blah - INCLUDING ME - have prcious little skin in the game. And we have rightly little or no say in what they should / should not be doing.

But that isnt going to stop me or others from saying what we want to ...

Key message from last quarterly out end January said:

Lesedi Project: Driving Progress Towards First Power Sales:

1) Tlou’s Lesedi project continues to steadily progress with plans to start power generation later this year;

2) The Lesedi electrical substation is nearing completion with an expected completion date in Q1 2025;

3) Tlou continues to prioritise upstream activities with the aim of increasing gas flow rate consistency and volume.

I guess nobody here is interested anymore in discussing project dynamics and delays. AIM to ASX share migration is far more important than operational matters obviosuly.

Key point: 2 horizontal wells drilled at a cost of I think around $4m are not producing sufficient gas to satisfy a small scale pilot gas to power project of between 2 and 10MW. Yet we have built, or nearly built, a 100+km TX line with conncetivity to the BPC grid in Serowe and sub-station at site end - but still we are treading sand in the kalahari as management dont seem in a big hurry to connect their flagship project to the power grid.

The same power grid that was touted for 5-10 years as being the rubicon / nirvana / promised land by scaling up aggressively into an energy deficient market on our very doorstep. And then the SAPP.

Tlou management team - What is wrong with your project infrastructure ???? Come clean to shareholders and the market please !

Now they have the key players on/ off the shareholder register, it is time to start talking up the company and prospects and strategy etc. That is, pretty much always has been, the purpose of an Investor Day event. Quite why so many on thia and other board think that an RNS is going to magically propel the share price to substantially higher levels beats me.

But there are some posting on the 2 boards who have talked the company and prospects up, up and up - easy enough to know who they are - and so far that has not happened. And is there any sane reason to think it is going to magically happen in the next 3-6 months as the revamped management team wrap their heads around the building blocks needed to nail down costs, identify final partners, understand the financing needs and then go to market to raise the (probably syndicated loan) finances needed to get the project moving properly ...... At some point within that, assuming all goes well, then we can expect a share price re-rating - to maybe the 20-30p level. With maybe an overshoot on the way up for a while.

Or do we still have those dreaming of £2-£5 levels .......

We all know the current messaging is that the Data Centre is there to provide the funding to finish off the initial 2MW gas to power etc. That has not been my point or concern here.

My point / concern is - why can Tlou not finish off the initial 2MW project and energise the 66kv line ? That is the flagship project; that is what they said has been their priority for past 2 years; that is what will connect the vast gas reserves to power grid and wider SAPP; that is the dream we have all been sold years back - and now YET AGAIN Tlou and TG and team are pivoting to some other scheme...... And they have NOT well enough explained the problems with the Priority Lesedi project.

Come clean TG and management team - get in front of Proactive or Stockbox or ...... and inform your shareholders please. The biggest voice of criticism against the management team is surely the company's biggest shareholder - and what have you gone and done? Added him to the Board of Directors - so that publicly at least he has to now sing from the same hymn sheet as rest of management team. Either that, or start firing non-performing executives and staff .....

More stupidity. Tlou was tasked to deliver a gas to power project, pilot or otherwise. And the dream was supplying into the SAPP - that is all everyone talked about years back. Now that is no longer mentioned - why? because Tlou cannot deliver their trophy project - Lesedi gas to power. That is why they built a 100km TX line before the 2 sub-station connections. That is why they drilled 2 or more expensive horizontal wells, when Botala are going vertical (as were Sekaname before that).

Tlou's record of project delivery is shocking ! Maybe this is why the 2 new guys are added to the Board; but really what can they change given they are so closely associated to the past FAILURES.....

I am not trying to bait anybody; I am saying it as I see it. You guys are the ones that for whatever reason cannot bring yourselves to accept that all the wonderful stuff trotted out here years back is, or has become, fluff.

A Data Centre out in the bush at Lesedi; miles and miles from anywhere - that has now become the saviour of your investment. Get Real guys; start being honest with yourselves ,,,,,, I know I have always been !!

Generators now taking priority for Data Centre over the 2MW FLAGSHIP Lesedi project. Have you any idea what you just said ??!! And how ridiculous that sounds.

If that were true - then that means the TX line does not work at such low power generation levels. I will let you try digest and think that through.

For the love of god, Brad - stop making excuses for TG and team !!
