Wrong again - extracting CBM and using it to generate power is a tried and tested and pretty standard process globally. What is difficult is that Botswana is a difficult country to do business and be allowed to progress your projects and ambitions.

If you guys had actually taken the time to understand the subtlety of many of my posts, you would have realised I was saying that as often as I was criticising Tlou management. My criticism of Tlou management was because they painted (especially in 2015-2020) a picture that life and business in botswana was easy and they were going to 'take over the energy' space there. Then my criticism of Tlou management is because they don't come clean on what the problems are - after 10 years of them trying and us supporting them, surely we have earned the right to be told how things are. Rather than disguise the problems with the disingenuous twaddle they put out (increasingly less these days admitedly).

But taking down all your historical announcements from your website FOR ME sure is NOT a good look.

But you numpties with your binary and one-dimensional analysis can only see my point as being an implied criticism of Tlou.

If only there was somebody else lurking here that wanted to engage about matters Botswana, who knows we might end up having half decent conversations. Instead of the migration of shares from broker A to broker b and other such wildly interesting topics.

US is paying particular attention to rail infrastructure from West Africa, meaning primarily Angola and the Lobito Corridor. But, like everything in Africa, it will take an age and a half before a shovel is mobilised, and another age before the project completes. But the good folks in US will enjoy a good few transatlantic Biz Class flights to attend conferences and speaking engagements, whilst drawing their salaries and pretending they care and are doing good for the poor folks of Africa. Most of it is a sham - but hey, everybody needs to be telling a story to someone.

Company announcements are company announcements. They are not AIM or ASX announcements. And it was/is an ASX requirement to publish quarterly reports or updates - so they should all still appear on the company's website.

My point is not a complicated one -you guys talking about it being an AIM or ASX matter is going down the wrong rabbit hole.

Why are the past announcements made by the company no longer appearing on the website ?? It is a simple question.

Maybe I am just being plain stupid here - happy to admit it if I have been. BUT - when i go to website and click News, all that appears is the past 4 Announcements. Where are all the rest ??

This is the data that I say is no longer available on website. I could not care less about links to LSE etc. But I do think that the past announcements made by the company should appear on their website.

As for my always looking for a negative angle - thats because everything has been negative. Shockingly slow progress; shareholder value wrecked; inability to deliver a proof of concept project; 3 stock exchange listings and they still run out of money.

Stop having a go at me - start having a go at the management and call them out to explain WTF is going on......

I guess when one's mind has a default setting to criticise a fellow poster posts here, then that is why they read them and don't understand the message or opinion being expressed. And to try explain this to Brad would simply allow the old fool to keep rambling and rambling; something he has proven to be exceptional at.

Someone proffered that maybe the RNS were taken down because they were linked to the LSE/AIM platform - that is rubbish. Tlou or any company has no ability to directly upload their RNS to the AIM platform. Fact.

Tlou control their own website and what is made available there for all to see and read. So they have made the decision to reduce what is available there for shareholders and interested persons to see and read.

Personally i don't see that as a good look or positive signal. But of course my point is lost by y'all taking your blinkered and cynical view that I merely want to criticise everything Tlou related. Rather than engage on the merits of the point(s) itself.

Amuses me no end how y'all would rather pick a scrap with me than get stuck into the Management team at the company you have invested in, and worse still, that you think their track record of achievements in recent years is somehow impressive.

If you invested in Tlou back in the day when first listing on ASX at 50 cents - maybe you would be more than a tad miffed at their progress / story telling / milestone achievements / ingenuity and disingenuity. Remember these were the folks that boasted about being the first to do this and that - and look where that got them .....

You old tease MM. As for direct relevance of reduced Pilbara shipments and draw downs of Chinese onshore stocks - hard to see how that impacts ZIOC in terms of any immediate price rerating. But hopefully you will keep educating us.

I don't see any pure ASX listed companies that have taken down all their announcements.

Your links to AIM doesn't withhold scrutiny either - you update your own website and you send announcements to AIM for them to load to their site.

So for a company that loved to boast how it was the first for this that and the other - now they seem to want to throttle back and be openly informative.

Surely they are not embarrassed about the history of their development .....

So why would a plc want to reduce / remove from their own website the past announcements they releases to the public market ? This is their public facing communications channel after all.

Regardless of whether the very same are available elsewhere, the factual accuracy of announcements appearing on your own website can be assured. Unlike if they are stored on other data repositories.

I have never seen another company do this on their website - so i find that interesting and strange in equal measure. I suspect AIM rules would require Announcements to be available on your website - does this mean ASX is far less stringent on information to be made available?

Not trying to imply anything. I was asking if the past announcements no longer appear on the company website. If so, why have they done that - because I have yet to see another company take down all their past announcements from their primary channel of communication to shareholders and potential shareholders.

Or are you so anti anything i have to say or suggest that you (and Brad) want to take the position this is all normal procedure......

Why not? Because the new team just took control of the company and they need to refresh / critique / interrogate past reports and studies. Africa is not for the faint-hearted; everything takes an age to get done and then another age to get financed and then another age to start mine development.

What's devious about holding a view that this company will take longer to fulfil its potential that others would try suggest differently. Just as their posts will not influence mr market; neither will mine.

According to the Minister, as at 31 January 2025 BPC owes Eskom more than P2.6 billion and that debt has increased significantly over the last 2 months.
