Blethering endlessly in the middle of March about something that was transitioned end 2024 - Meanwhile, the real stuff you should be talking about is the Lack of Progress in finishing off sub-station connections, giving clear guidance on well perfromance (rather than endless waffle about slowness of dewatering - there is a distinct lack of water at Lesedi to support their nonsense on this point), and telling the market when they energise the 66kv line, inject power and start generating revenue !!

But oh no, numptie Brad is in his element going blah blah boring blah about IG and ISA and getting a couple of hundred extra shares (worth about £3.50 in total - seriously FFS wise up), boring everyone on ASX about the same old rubbish - take it from me, the ASX guys DO NOT CARE about UK shareholder problems transferring their shares ...... Everything about this stock is just ENDLESS. Endless carp, endless delays, endless waffle, endless BS from management, endless BS on this message board - and that includes me (front and centre).

That isnt going to effect much change m'things. Unless Dr Campbell is prepared to hoof Saint Tony into touch. McIver is connected to Mitchell Drilling hence his reason as Chairman; Tlou need to drill future wells and would initially look to Mitchell Drilling as the service provider. Doc already called the shots as the largest shareholder and note holder, so this merely cements his position. Is Salomon resignation linked to the AIM to ASX debacle I wonder? I always thought this was more Clueless area of responsibility - but maybe not.

Lasting thought - so many people on the Board for a company that takes an eternity to deliver a project. And the 2 newbies are already deeply involved with ongoing efforts - so a cosmetic RNS then imo.

Happy to bet you a tenner it will not be operational in 6 months from now. And double or quits not operational within the next year.

Good signal for Botswana that BHP are prepared to enter the country. Let's hope Rio and others follow suit. We dont talk about it on this Board, but the importance of how the new UDC Govt will support the mining industry going forward cannot be overstated. So far the signs from them are promising - but talking is always the easy part.

'dewatering and gas flows' - 2 out of the 3 most important aspects of the project success plan. The 3rd being gas composition, which they dont want to share with us.

Here we are at the sharp end of potentially 'Going Live' and there may be problems with or all of these aspects.

Small - the data centre is a separate project and the way the RNS was written suggested to me the funding for it would be provided entirely by Kala. But if things needed to finish off the 2MW infrastructure are shared, then no doubt there is obvious attraction of using part of Kala money. However - that means continued delays in completion of 2MW pilot project.

If share price continues to languish then surely TG needs to get into PR mode. He has been very noticeable by his silence and absence.

Sadly, now there are so many MM posts that it is impossible to sift out the good from the repetitive 'less good'.

It implied they were being funded to drill wells for the 'facility'. Tlou were totally silent on How much money is needed to finish the 2MW project and get it producing - preferring instead to try get us looking away from what is vitally important to Tlou at this time ie they have No Money to finish the first project.

Otherwise why on earth have we been kept waiting so long to get across the first finish line.

Back to this old chestnut. Ok - lets play a little. Message boards do not move the share price of pretty much all listed companies. They certainly do not move the dial for companies with 500+m shares issued. There are clear and obvious punters here who post nothing other that 'reasons to buy'. Thats fine; knock yourself out; if spending your days writing all the guff that is posted on these 2 boards is your things - go for it.

But for heavens sake, when one or 2 souls dare to suggest that all the positive sentiment and lovely jubbly posts all comes across as a bit much - please show you have a bigger mind than thinking and saying these 1 or 2 souls are trying to talk the price down.

Strange post SFBP. If wells 4 and 6 cannot supply the gas for 10MW and this 'computational facility', then CBM in Botswana does not work for power generation and Tlou will have failed.

Tlou post a load of nonsense about how long it it taking them to dewater their wells - near 2 years for goodness sake....... And if they have been flaring gas for 2 years, how bad is that for ESG and SDGs .....

Tony Gilby - are you finally running out of road with Tlou - its only been 10 years now. And still you cannot finish off a 2MW pilot proof of concept and demonstrate gas to power credentials.

So why is the market not listening to you MM, taking all these valid points on board - and the share price re-rating upwards ?

What was stopping it rise in the last few days post the announcement ? So why would you think the market / buyers would wait until Glencore are out before deciding to buy shares.

What they would have us focus on in this Agreement is that it provides Tlou with an alternative revenue source, which ordinarily would be lovely. And the way it is written suggests the cost to achieve this is being made by Kala via an interest free loan etc.

Given Tlou seem to be delaying power generation under the BPC PPA, this suggests Tlou has not got the money to complete the last remaining aspects of the gas to power project. Either that, or the well and infrastructure simply are not working - but lets discount that one since they are saying they will sell power to a local outlet (ie Data Centre).

So is the problem here as simple as Tlou need more money to finish off the inital 2MW, scaling to ....MW, power generation project?

If it is, should they have informed the market of this in this new Agreement?

Or perhaps the problem is Tlou cannot energise the 66kv line with such low power generation at site (2MW being carried over 100km could be a problem, so they need more ooomph going in from site end).

Just a thought - but as usual it isnt what Tlou says in their RNS; it is what they are not saying or are trying hard to disguise.

Come clean Tony - and tell your shareholders WTF is going on.

Why - because they stated their priorities in last quarterly were getting to first gas to power under the PPA (whatever size it actually is). We have been waiting years for them to 'prove the concept' that gas to power works in Botswana. You love quoting Eric Molale and his comments that gas to power needed to be proven in Botswana. And here is your Saint Tony going at snail pace to delivering on that.

Look at it a different way - why build a 100+km 66kv line if you then are not in a hurry to use it .....

I don't doubt for a second the quality of the guys taking an interest in ZIOC; to get to this point (with Glen exit) I imagine that has taken certainly 6 months, probably a year plus to orchestrate and structure and now execute. There has been so much chatter about the fabulous ZIOC deposit on hand, but that has been hawked around for what 10, 15 or more years now.

It needs loadsa dollars to bring into production and the right people to achieve that + just a simportantly, Govt support of those people and this project. Finally FINALLY it looks like ZIOC might have ticked the people box. Can we be sure they have Govt support - or are they going to go the way of most African Govts and talk the talk but where the reality is to try slice as much cash in their direction as they come up with more and more BS reasons on various delays their end. This has become so commonplace in Africa now that it basically kills projects via boredom.

And then there is still the not so minor question of How much is all this going to cost, and how long will it all take. And stock markets are not valuing Mining companies not yet in production at a price anywhere near a Project valuation.

But as many here well know, we make money by timing our entry just ahead of the market re-rating the share price (when the discount to NPV or valuation narrows). Unless of course there is an outright Purchase - but they happen mainly when a project is struggling and the price is low ball. Who in their right mind is going to pay a fancy multiple for a project in DRC .....
