Unfortunately I can't do that / don't do that.

When I pressed sell for my SIPP Shares, the price it offered me for Sell All was 20p lower than the price at the time.

When I went to buy back in, it was offering me 20p more than the current price.

if you are trading 50 / 100 shares maybe, you can jump in / out quite quickly and easily, but larger volumes are hit with the spread and the stamp duty is also sizeable as well.

Unfortunately, as I'm such a clever person, and obviously very intelligent, I manage to always sell at the bottom and always buy at the top, and then I have the spread plus stamp duty hit as well.

When I'm "done" with messing around with individual shares, I will probably keep a "beer money pot" where I may well do what you are doing.

100 Shares @ £12 = £1,200

SP Drops to £11.50, but you get the £60 OBC

100 shares @ £11.50 = £1,150. Lose £50 (On paper), gain £60 OBC

OBC is purely fake money, all internal spend, or in accounting terms called Brown £'s / $'s

The OBC of £60, is probably worth about £10 in real cost. If you spent the £60 on a speciality restaurant, it would purely be the cost of the food that would be incremental.

If you bought Wifi with the £60, then the cost associated with that is zero.

It will be extremely unlikely that they get rid of it. They may well increase it to 250 shares maybe to make the paperwork more worth while.

Peel Hunt says £13 now, and Buy.

Many other analysts say $25 for CCL (£18) by the end of the year.

Additionally, owning the shares will give you the OBC as well for the share ownership, which basically pays for itself.

I've just sorted all my packing out for my two cruises, starting on Monday. Fly Sunday.

On Independence Monday to Saturday, then Icon for a week.

Going to see what all the hype is about on Icon.

My cruising season starts from Sunday until beginning of November. I have 9 cruises in the next 4 months.

The spike this morning between 8.16 and 8.46 was me buying back in, and losing 3,000 shares in the process.

Oh well, it's only money.!

It closed after hours at $15.35

That is 35c, 27.5p after our close.

I would expect it to open at least 27.5p up, but since then, the US has jumped as well, and the FTSE is gaining.

Wouldn't surprise me if it opened 35/40p up.

Not only an incredible day, but an incredible after UK hours as well.

We closed at $15.00. It's now $15.31 CUK Numbers.

That is 31c gain, or 24.5p.........!!!!!

That basically makes it, in real terms, a more than £1 day gain (£1.04 to be exact).

It's now $15.20 in the US, so that's another 20c or 15p ish for the morning.

That's 35p, plus Stamp Duty which is about 6p, so 41p down.

So I thought, this is it, I'm going to get the 30p I lost out on the last time when I sold and it shot up and I had to buy in higher, so I sold 60,000 shares at avg was £11.50......... Yes... This is it......... Everything says that this is going to drop........

Great news for everyone else. We closed at $15 CUK pricing, and it's now $15.13, so that's another 10p for the morning currently.

I've just got to pick the right day/time to get back in. I have no idea why I do this, when I'm here for the long run anyway, was purely hoping to claw back my 30p loss.! whoops.!

FTSE is down

US Futures all bright red

Banks are down

NCL Futures show 2% down

Even Royal futures is down.

But oh no, CUK is up.......... and we are holding at 50p up.

If this doesn't tank after the US opens, I don't remember another time when every indicator says sell, and it goes up.

It's got to drop like a stone ...... surely.........

CUK Pricing

Well, we closed at $14.02. The US Closed at $14.44

That is a huge 42c jump since our close, or 33p

Additionally, with the latest from the OPEC meeting and the freeing up of restrictions, Oil has dropped to $77 and potentially will drop further.

On top of that, the US has been taking a hit today, and despite that, we increased....

So, lets see what tomorrow brings...............hopefully it won't jump in the morning, and then tank when the US opens.!

It's very interesting, as Royal has gone the other way.!

So within the last few days, they have now announced that they will match across their fleet the levels, so I'm Pinnacle on Royal (700+ nights), and now like for like I'm Zenith on Celebrity.

You never lose your status on Royal. So if you were Pinnacle 10 years ago, and haven't cruised since, you would still be Pinnacle if you cruised today.

If you have a kid and you was Pinnacle, the kid would be Pinnacle, and stay Pinnacle when they get to 18.

They would then earn their own cruise points, so may not get to the next free cruise levels, but they would stay Pinnacle throughout their life even after you're dead.
