question , why would a company take on a project , with the intention of exploring it , knowing they might have to hand it over to kefi , makes zero sence.

if a company aims to prove up some kind of resource and make money by selling it to kefi , then it only reinforces that they are the legal and rightful holders of the licence.

i think somewhere along the lines kefi ****ed up and maybe put too much trust in the goverment officials back in 2020.

i however dont think its all doom and gloom , kefi dont have them finances to explore the region , they can't afford to explore konsa , why not let some smaller company take on all the financial risks associated with exploration, after all it isnt cheap sinking drill holes into the ground.

find something, and providing tk is up and running, kefi can offer the mine for processing or a j.v when any risks are mitigated.

The licences wasnt lost through some illegal purchase. The Chinese simply staked land available to stake and has since sold it to another company, not really sure why kefi feel so hard done by , only by the fact that they believed the goverment whobthey have a fabulous relationship with didn't put it aside for them like they told shareholders a number of years back.

Rob, kefi buying the areas from this "new small outfit" I agree , is a possibility in the future.

If i was harry id be open to the idea that this small company do all the exploration at zero expense to kefi and then if there is a mineable resource chuck it through kefis mine.

Kefi never mentioned the licences area in the report other then komto guji. Something I raised as didn't make much sence to me considering we dont own the area. If kefi genuinly feel they will get the areas back why not mention it in the report.
