Id love for anyone to go through sharezy last 40 posts and see if they can find anything that's kefi related. I have just looked and all he seems to do is moan a lot about other posters , couldnt find anything that would be remotely useful to the positives or the balanced in this group. 5m consultancy payments again isn't B.S , i might not know the breakdown, but i do know 5 m is to be paid out in shares or cash once TK is signed off , that isn't made up B.S that's come direct from Kefi own presentation, if you choose not to believe it or ignore it , good for you , but I wont.

Saudi comment was used to mitigate my comments above, but if I was to say 100m was to come in the natural question is why do you plan on exiting , fact is I don't think that's happening , never have done , I think Saudi dilution has left Kefi in a vulnerable position , where we get a mediocre fee for it , we continue the path we have and lose it for nothing , or it costs us 5m plus to keep it.

so numbers are not B.S but those numbers form a opinion from me that there is still dillution on the way, would be different if tk was pouring gold this year, but its not , its ages away in terms of when cash is needed and when profit is being made

Be specific what B.S have I written , dillution is a concern going forward , might be more of a concern for me then others , hence why my exit price is a lot lower.

Is 5m needed to put into Saudi (well harry said so)

Is £185,000 worth of shares or cash to be given to harry on sign off (yes it is)

Is £100,000 worth of shares or cash to be given to john leech on sign of (yes it is , report says so)

2m quids worth is also tucked up in still plans , but I acknowledge the share price needs to be at least 1.5p before 800k worth is diluted, but do the maths.

Wheres the B.S in the above sharezy , its part if my reasoning for exiting when I am.

A decent saudi sale could mitigate the above , and while i personally expect one in line with tk launch I dont expect the numbers ramped about before , i dont see how anyone will part with 100m for 15% of Saudi.

This 10-50x re-rate talk happens on every forum on AIM from every ultra positive investor , they all talk about the market not knowing their invested company. Very few do what you are suggesting.

Bit let's be clear , the re-rate was supposed to happen oct 2024 , Xmas 2024 , forst few weeks of 2025 , was supposed to happen once ratification was sorted.

We have had more countdowns from you and oppo then nasa on re rate news..

Tk finance has been talked about being completed for well over a year here

Saudi news was supposed to re-rate the s.p , 100m was supposed to come into the accounts

Yet here we are , you can buy for 0.56 , tk not signed off and 9b shares in issue , 2 major raises since re-rate was supposed to happen.

Call me a bed wetter etc but excuse me for hoping to time my exit on what I hope is finance closure and before the next guaranteed dillution event , last one caught me completly off guard

If they paid 5m in cash where does that cash come from. Normally by a raise.

Im not convinced any refund will be paid before any raise is needed , its one of the reasons I want to try and time my exit.

Once and if tk is finally signed off. Consultants will want paying , directors will want their bonuses and saudi will need to be paid for , waiting for a refund wont be an excuse in my opinion.

Even at a penny that's a lot of dilution on route , the company hooes and expects the s.p to be much higher before that happens , im not convinced.

The man hasn't delivered tk (yet ) has increased the share register by billions , has made some very questionable descions regarding bonus payments , has paid himself work via other companys and reduced our holding in saudi from 40% to 15%.

Is publishing the annual accounts deemed as a achievement, or is it the actions you would expect on 25k a month.

Everyone reaches a breaking point on when enough is enough, and they want more action rather then words.

I just dont think if youvfeel that way youbare showing ignorance. Especially when yourself and other very positive posters have shown anger , resentment , and frustrations towards kefi fearless leader

I think some of the bitterness is from those who invested too early, but there are some of us who are watching our value getting destroyed whilst the company are putting out misleading information.

The reason why I was so keen on Saudi disposal is because it removed the need for any dilution ever again as the company would be covered until TK is producing and if raises were necessary it would be from a strong share price with clear value add.

I have to say crazy , considering all the achievements you say harry has worked through, its a real surprise you and a number of other shareholders wanted to get Harry out after the last raise.

A little hypercritical to then question someone else's disappointments in harry , just because you and a load of others have put him back on your Xmas card list.

Crazytowner you are thinking a lot of ifs buts and maybes if you are planning divis here for 25 years , especially when you think kefi will be brought out soon.

The licences surrounding tk...... I dont see a scenario where the the EG just go , here you go harry , have your licences back. There will be legal challenges im sure, and you would assume the Chinese would want some kind of compensation , especially when you consider they were awarded the licences fair and square.

I do agree the licences are worth having , especially when you consider tk providing it gets up and running will be able to support any exploration on these targets.

But....... these licences in my opinion still need a lot of money spent on them , guji komto (i believe) could add 50k ounces a year for around 9 years , oh and that's potential. The others have very limited explorationband all very dated.

So money will be needed for them with no guarentees of success , (like all mining i guess )

Way to early these licences could be 25 years of dividends , but guess we can all dream

maybe this is why harry feels he has legitimate claim over the licences, and correspondence which confirms kefi had applied for the licences on what ithe report describes as a new system , intresting and adds a little more strength to the annual report that they were "put aside " for kefi , which sounds so informal , it also adds tobthe strength of harrys argument.

as further evidence of government support, following extensive regional work and consequential applications, kefi is delighted to confirm that the ethiopian ministry of mines has now registered the company’s application for regional exploration licences over an area of 1200 km2, one of the first to be registered under the newly launched licencing system for the country. kefi has always maintained the tulu kapi project is not simply one deposit, but part of a larger mining district. following this award ethiopian exploration will restart during 2020 and will be funded by a modest part of the project equity subscriptions outlined above.

Hand licences to kefi as they are invested.

That could be a new buisness plan, hand out licences , get them explored and hand them to kefi forbthe goverment and AIM listed kefi to benifit.

I kinda agree BD , not sure how the article demonstrates that the issues surrounding the licences mean they must be coming back to kefi.

Kefi haven't had those licences for years now , and as far as im aware the only claim they have to them is the over pegging issue , something we dont know how strong that claim actually is , one side of the coin kefibstate the licences were put aside for them, weak wording as far as im concerned, the other side harry has remained consistent in his approach it will be challenged

But the lack of inactivity doesn't mean that the licences just get handed over to kefi, that would also seem pretty corrupt in my view, and id imagine by the strong response from the Chinese, all this simply ends in costly legal challenges.

Its a intresting article , but I dont think it positively impacts kefis share price monday morning, I also dont think those licences will be handed over to kefi any time soon. I also think its far to early to say there are other tk deposits in the area , if that was the case harry wouldn't of sat in his hands all these years.

But a story that will be intresting to watch unfold over time especially as they are on kefi doorstep.

Harry will hope to get it all ,(if he's still around) otherwise there's potential to have a legal battle with neighbours who will no doubt want to do buisness at a latter date
