regarding the licence areas.
the key part of the argument, which we have no idea about or likley to find out about anytime soon, is the strength of kefis claim.
on the face of it, kefi clearly feel they have something to be aggrieved about. on the flip side, askari clearly seem quite excited by their new licence.
both above talking and acting how you would expect.
i don't believe there is a conspiracy theory in the sence askari have got these licences hoping to make money from kefi, they would of done their own due diligence and decided what they have seen is enough to feel they can go and explore legally.
what we do know is kefi believed one way or another back in 2020 those licences were to be issued to them , when wording is put in a report to say licences have been "put aside" it doesn't feel me with confidence that all legal steps were conducted. especially as we are talking about an event over 5 years ago.
the ethiopian government, who kefi keep telling us, have a super relationship with harry and kefi have since not only issued the licences elsewhere but reissued them in recent times.
harry, however, clearly feels he has something. it might be, for instance, emails or paperwork back in 2020 from the eg, informing kefi that once steps xyz are completed, you can have the licences which were issued before kefi had chance to complete. who knows its just speculation on my part , but we as shareholders not only have no idea what grounds harry has, (he's keeping quiet for reasons given) but we also have no idea of the strength of those grounds either.
ultimately harry will either have a great chance of getting them back or he will simply be ******* in the wind , whats clear we can't afford to legally challenge .....yet , as you would think that would of been done already. the longer it's left, the less chance of success, in my opinion.
