Fingers crossed the s.p drop was due to a large short selling and we see a nice positive rise now.

Don't know what it is at the moment but can't you just smell positivity in the air regarding cineworld at the moment.

Firstly I have noticed that this B.B. has been a lot more pleasurable to be part of lately , I'm not talking about the S.P but the threads in general, I have loved how investors are not only heading to cineworld but also taking time out of thier day to report thier experience and numbers in attendance, well done to all of you that have posted this.

Vaccine news shows that the indian variant which the trolls here were pinning thier hopes against a S.P catastrophe have shown to be highly effective against the variant. As I thought it would be. Apart from the debt I'm wondering what they will shout about now ( watch this space )

Vaccinations continue to be administered into arms and it won't be long before the 20s are being called up , my wife has hers Saturday. This in turn should continue to suppress the virus and create less cases and deaths.

Providing everything goes to plan it won't be long before we start hitting bigger attendances and over time talking on some fantastic revenue numbers.

This is not a time to sell them shares , I have always always said let's see the S.P at the end of the summer , and then determine where we are . However my feeling is if you are patient enough to wait till end of summer you will certainly be patient enough for bond and top gun.

I saw on the news today over 32s to be offered the covid vaccine.

Providing the vaccines continue to be efficient against all variants which I don't see being a problem , the deaths and hospital admissions should continue to drop.

Make no mistake when this happens the next stage of the roadmap will open and china's will be able to have even more viewers watching thier films.

A lot of us have had patience since last summer, new investors won't need as much patience as the next couple of months will hopefully bring a steady rise in the s.p.

I'm looking forward to see where we are end of summer going into autumn where the bond film will be ssen in a lot of threads here.

Immediate future is bright here , no doubt about it , jist need to get through the last testing times

Would be nice but heading into June we are in the 80s , thats a lot of s.p movement in 6 months.

I'd like to see at least 1.40 to 1.60 end of year , but feel £2 may be the following year.

Firstly welcome , before you invest I think its important to do your own research , after all this is your own money you are investing with.
Top of that list would would be to look at the debt , look at the future of cineworld and what they have to offer, then try and compare to the current s.p.

If you come to the same conclusion as me you will see its undervalued.
I notice you have been in rolls royce a while, cine is similar , it's volitile and very much a recovery stock , will we get to pre pandemic S.P who knows , bit like rolls there's that possibility it won't, however will the s.p rise , in my opinion 100%.

Cine is very much a different company then what it entered the pandemic , and every peice of finance has been looked at right down to the price.of bog roll so we are extremely better run then before , we also have a film slate that compares to no other year.

I would point out Cine has never failed to make a profit apart from covid year , says it all.

Whatever you decide its your choice , your money and your investment , personally I think if you saw value in rolls you should here too .

The only thing good so far today is the S.P Is at the moment moving in the right direction. However whatever happens today will not make me happy.

I feel like I am dying of thirst in the hot sun and a m.m has come to me with a pint of water , knelt down next to me dipped his finger in the water and wiped it on my lips.

My opinion Is for too long this has dropped way way more then it should , and while these prices are a absolute bargain there has been nothing to warrant dropping us over 25% In a couple of months.

Get us back to where we belong which (will in my opinion happen) and then we can talk about good days and bad days.

Are the board seriously that stupid.

This is the rns I used to love , a real update , but do they really think shareholders give a damn what is going on in Mexico until we know what's going on with the buyout.

We have more or less been told we won't be part of this project and I feel they are rubbing it in our faces how happy they are with the latest developments on a rns. and what they are doing.

inform us on the takeover that's all anyone is interested in right now , not some poxy soil and how gangfang is sorting the big machinery.

Orient I'm in at a ave where I will make some nice money on 67.5p a share , good for me , I presume good for you too if you are suggesting take the offer and move on.

However when you say what's so bad about that it's the following.......... some here are ave higher then the offer price , putting money into a company that has always been the long term game , maybe a retirement game or the belief a massive lithium mine will pay lots more in a few years time , that has potential been swipped away from them against thier will.

Others like myself have built up a holding where not only we believed we would make more money then we are , but In a company that has always wanted share holders to invest , we done this all the way till they had finance to PRODUCTION.

Then a month or so later a extremely undervalued bid Is recommended to be accepted with absolutly no care or consideration to its shareholders ,it feels like shareholders have simply lined the directors pockets with nice cash , yes shares is a risk yes I'm personally making money but the last couple of months have left a very bitter taste in my mouth.

Hi all hope your Thursday has been good , I have noticed a few questions on takeover process and thought I would give my understanding of it.
Personally and you all know my feelings I don't think a takeover is on the cards however if one Is happening and I'm not a expert at this the following events would happen.

1) if mooky knew of a impending takeover bid a RNS would need to come out to say just that it wouldn't happen without us knowing as it's insider knowledge. This happened with bacanora recently , you can see thier B.B from her and look at thiwr rns. S.p then shoots up

2) jangho or any other potential buyer then has 28 days to make a formal bid.

3) if the bid is accepted we get the price paid per share , ie if jangho offered £2 a share and that was accepted this is what we would get.

As I said I'm not a expert on takeovers been in few companys that have had this happen and above normally is how I see it , hope it helps.

On a side note least we know why the price has dropped

There has been 2600 odd cases today and 3 deaths, hardly data that is going to send fear throughout Parliament in a country with over 65 million, there is under 1000 in hospital now , this has been falling for weeks , hardly numbers that will overwhelm the NHS
This is data since roadmap part 3 opened , data for 4 will prib come in a week or 2.

A large majority of the more serious cases haven't had the vaccine, and it's been announced that the vaccines appear to work against all variants.
