I have been looking forward to this week for a while , let's hope that end of the week s.p has moved nicely north , time will tell and you never know, my gut feeling is any rns later on this week about reopening will be priced in when p.m conforms reopen

Depends , hopefully the papers will be full of roadmap , might get people to part with money and invest in cine.

With this stock you just never know , a green day is always the aim

The very fact genfang are buying bacanora will automatically give them a large stake here if we like it or not , so unfortunately if the deal goes through they already have a large peice of the pie.

There was only 140 odd trades here today so clearly the link isnt as well known like they are to holders here and bacanora, ( I have both).

What's happened to bacanora last 48 hours and I'm not talking about the takeover , but the price in which it's likley to be accepted including the stake here , is criminal.

For a company to come in and offer 67.5p a share and it be recommended doesn't give me much hope for here , I will hold , but there is no way in this world genfang will offer upwards of a £1 a share when one they will already own a large chunk of the pie and two they don't care about fair value.

I will continue to hold hoping they don't takeover here .

Of course this is just my opinion

Rolls royce are not flying either , cinemas will be open , I'm hoping that makes a difference reppyrr , fingers crossed for all our sakes

Hi antmoss , your correct mate I'm also happy with my current profit, I was talking about the last week in general rather then a overview of the stock in general, I'm hoping bladey is spot on and that a large order is being filled , who knows.

Next week could be the turn , it's real news , cine are open end of the week and the mood of the nation should be significantly lifted , time will tell of course but a nice rise is on order here and my gut feeling next week will be the start , maybe from Tuesday onwards providing p.m speaks Monday night

Don't really want too talk about cine stock this week , it's been poor and frustrating , however after a poor week it brings a week closer i always thought was significant for cine , providing the prime minister does what he normally does its hoped that he will address the nation Monday night for a weeks notice on the next steps of the roadmap .

Good afternoon all , I'm not invested here , but am looking around lithium plays as my current one is bacanora. So in time will need to find a new one for my portfolio.

While I'm not selling my bacanora ones just yet i do have some money to invest , I will obviously have to do some research of my own , bit popping into a couple of B.B that have been mentioned as possible good alternatives.

Can I presume sav has potentially found a area of land with a good lithium deposit , and are now in the process of getting permission to mine at that said area.

Do they have finance in place.

And what's the reason for the drop from the latest highs of 5.5p , I Don see that as a real negative thing bit a opportunity to potentially buy in at the right price.

I again repeat I understand I need to dobsome research as I do on a coue of others , this fell on me today and just after a very quick breakdown

This was always a long game for me and in theory nothing should therefore change , I know my shares are worth at LEAST 67.5p a share now, which to be fair I already knew as believe worth a lot more in time , inknow that and ganfeng certainly do.

2 things can now happen in the next 6 to 8 months , either the bid is accepted and I get a extra 10p a share on today's price or the bid is rejected and they come back in with a bigger offer or we remain as we are we a lot more added exposure.

So why on earth sell now , until I'm told otherwise these are still my shares and will not sell , price may of gone up 25-30% last 48 hours, but they are still worth so much more.

So selker , ganfeng, and any M.M listening, if you think my hands are weak and you will get them for 57p you can kiss my ar5e.

It's not until you think about the last 6 months you realise how bad the offer is.
First rights issue that was a bit dodgy, was announced and then straight away shares become available , very few shareholders got the chance to buy at the time discounted rates. However when they come into play the price dropped lower then the offering , so many loaded up myself included.

That finance raise took bacanora with the finance to PRODUCTION , no more worries for them , and a new price forecast of £1.20 mentioned by some analysts on production.

To then a few months later knowing you sit on a minefield of lithium , with just a mine to build with the HELP of gengfeng and finance secured recommend to share holders if the expected offer of 67.5p a share is made its accepted is insulting.and to chuck zinnwald in with it as well makes the offer in fact more or less current share value.

Wouldn't surprise me if secker is announced if this goes through as someone on gengfangs books and he has moved over.

He said recently that we have a close working relationship just didn't relise they shared the same bed.

67.5p so so under valued , and not once has the shareholders been thought about this in talks. Just my opinion it's like the lithium super league part 2

Sammy I stopped looking after £2 mate , it's not good to keep looking back lol , over £3 wow that would of been massive profit for me

Do I think the bacanora price is acceptable? No
Do I think its under valued ? Yes
Will I vote for it ? No
Do I think it will go through?yes

Is it wise to start looking around to reinvest my money , yes why not.

So if I think bacanoras bid is undervalued as you do what's the harm in looking to the same area to reinvest, granted I need to do some research here, I said that at the start , I fell on this today , asking for some information isn't hurting anyone either , you are invested in both so you see the value.

Yes I mentioned the basics from the link sent but basics is all I know right now.

I'm guessing the S.P didn't rise to 67.5p today because its just talk of a offer rather then an official offer.

I'm guessing when that comes in the s.p will reflect on this , which would still he incredibly under valued.

We will all soon find out within the month , the fact that there is talk on this being accepted means looking elsewhere to invest as this was at least a 2 year play for me.

So not only are they getting sonorra for 65p a share they also get zinnwald as well.

So am I right in saying you have a 30% diect intrest alongside bacanora in El Sauz, El Sauz 1, El Sauz 2, Fleur and Fleur 1 concessions, which are held by Mexilit S.A. de C.V.
On top of that you also have a 30% intrest in The Megalit, Buenavista, and San Gabriel concessions, which are also held by Megalit S.A de C.V but this area hasn't been assessed yet
