Hi all , I'm a bacanora holder as well as zinnwald lithium , as you are all well aware bacanora are on the brink of a takeover offer , I read in a forum that Candence minerial have a intrest in sannora

Can I please ask how much and what the situation is with it.

I want to invest in that area so losing bacanora at a profit won't bother me if I can jump in elsewhere.

Sorry I haven't done research yet as I have just literally fallen onto this

With the bid and takeover a conclusion in my eyes where does this leave zinnwald lithium that baccanora have a huge stake in.

She got one today at 91p a share in my eyes

John my way of looking is they have 1 month to submit a formal offer , this is pretty much guaranteed in my opinion.

If accepted (hope it doesnt) then we all win something.

If rejected the very fact a formal offer was made creates a new baseline.
My opinion 45p may be seen again is long gone the moment the rns came out, I'm just trying to work put the risks on loading on more shares as right now I don't see many , as unfortunately I believe the offer will be accepted

Agreed with maddanus , your money is not lost, it happens pretty wild , trust me I don't want to talk about the time I sold a lot of shares in argoblockchain for 4p each back last summer , it happens and only makes us stronger

I'm also totally unsure why people are selling, if this offer is accepted they will get a additional 8p per share if rejected its not like it will drop tobwhere it was before, as a new value will be put on it.

Seems to me the only thing to do is buy more shares as when they put the offer in officially within the month surly it will increase more

What it does show robin is the impact a takeover rns can make , unfortunately not like everyone here I don't see one happening with cineworld , but just speculation could be exciting

Pretty wild I nearly did just that very move today but cancelled as the cine price was at the time increasing , I could of been suicidal otherwise lol

What I would say and I won't harp on as wrong board , bit the offer will be 67.5p a share , currently only 59p and zinnwald lithium might be worth a load up also as they are part of bacanora

KOD does not have chinnese involvement, that process Is extended. Look at the rns regarding that, thier licence is not approved yet will be imminently due to the changes they need to make, they then have to get the stuff out the ground , dont be fooled with kod and billions of outstanding shares , there is still a way to go thier yet

I have lots of shares in bacanora as well as here , it says possible takeover, let's hope someone else comes in and then the real bids start , this is not stopping here, but it's also not a conclusion yet

I also have strong believe that you don't lose 25% value in a company in 6 weeks without a rebound , sure maybe 1.20 was a bit high, bit equally 91p is also a bit low

Wadz it's ypur money and your right if you want to invest more , sell up or hold , noone can tell you otherwise.

Personally im currently selling a holding to buy more here, prob sell up what I put in today and sell it at around £1 for a nice tidy profit , will then poker to reinvest in the other holding.

I don't get this, I have heard all the theory's and we can go through them all one at a time again but I don't have the time.

The way I see it , this is a amazing opportunity to top up at bargain prices before we open again , this slide has gone way to far , am I surprised not that its dropped before opening but I am surprised by how far.

Yep I have to agree with some of the comments , if someone had told me we would be back down to this level once we climbed from the financial results a month later I would of laughed in thier face.

It really isn't nice reading at the moment , thier is no getting away from that , but I have to agree with a comment earlier as a lth it really doesn't matter , just the length of time to get to our exit points may differ slightly

I can assure you the times late last year sitting very heavy in the red were more distressing then this , the only difference was back then we had a reason. We had just shut. And wasn't sure if we would ever reopen.

But I have said it many many times before patience is the key here, hold your nerve and hold your shares , we have seen where this goes on no news , and I can't wait till we open again and start making real money.

Studios need cinemas and cinemas need studios , and there is a nice 2 year film release to start imminently.
