Every now and then mooky calls a meeting with his co-workers up at head office , they do this meeting in the bulletin boardroom (b.b for short) the vast majority that go has a common intrest , they want to see cineworld succeed and make lots of money, after all why would you attend otherwise , its like me heading to tescos meeting and having zero intrest , what's the point.
Anyway they discuss the future , are enthusiastic and like to hear other peoples views and ideas going forward, some vision amazing things , others just vision good things , others see things in the announcements mooky does and sees potential setbacks , offering genuine reason , which while hard to hear most of the group acctually agree with.
You then hear the disruptive employee at the back of the room , he's sitting alone , laughing at every remark , slating every report and is negative about all that is brought up , he even moans about the tea.
Mooky and the rest of the team look at the disruptive employee and ask WHY are you even here, you know the views of 99% of the people in this room dont agree yet you continue to shout your nonsense, why turn up to this group when your erratic views are views of yourself and a few ex employees, as a matter of fact some people like you were not even invested here so why is it necessary you attend.
Mooky politely asks the disruptive individual that baits for a argument to leave and the rest of the team clap , annoyed by the lack of support he does what all ex employees do and took aim at the group, this particular individual just shouted bully's.
The employee left , mooky continued with his meeting, with a extra agenda, we need to get another tea boy!!!!
