Intresting thread which involves some of my favourite posters , and clearly a difference in opinion in some cases.
Do I believe a lot of the ticks against some statements are correct , yes I do , I personally believe this is a superb film slate like no other , there seems to be more big films then normal and when you put it together with starvation of cinema for the public this last year it makes it a very intresting financial year ahead.
Do I think the marvel franchises are huge, absolutly I do , they are kind of like Disney and say bond , they seem to have a large hard core following that will attend all films
Without dividend payments It would be nice to pay off more debt then normal , with the points made above I'm hoping that will happen anyway with the money coming in
do I think 1.50 will be reached by end of July I hope so but personally think that may be too soon. End of the year is a realistic target for me maybe slightly more. If we can rise from 20p in November to 1.20 in less then 6 months 60 to 70p isn't asking for the world.
The short positions and only looking at the figures in the colums above , yes they are less then the 10 days ago when wbitebox and Co increased thier short , and the last deals are always what I go off too otherwise its never ending , but in theory for the month they are up slightly up as fun points out.
Personally I would encourage you to agree to disagree on some of the opinions on s.p targets how well films will do etc etc , your all investors with good opinions which makes up this board.
Would I put funinvestor in the same bracket as IDW S.G and Co absolutly not , me and fun haven't always agreed , but I have always 100 respected his opinions and he offers so much more then the usual poster.for instance the numerous trips to the cinemas , the annual meeting calls he will listen in and report , one of the first to shut down the derampers and trolls who are the real disruptive ones. The list goes on.
So I would encourage to unfilterer and continue as we were my friends , difference in opinion is a good thing , filtering the wrong people maybe not , but it's always your choice.
