The more I think about things the worse it gets.

For me the major mistake was recommending the bid gangfang made, I don't blame the chinesse , if we were in thier shoes we would all do the same. However what the rns should of read (in a more lealgal way) is.......

To our shareholders , this is a notice to inform you that gangfang our partner has made intentions to possibly place a bid for bacanora at a price of 67.5p a share.

Looking at this offer we find it undervalued , finance has been agreed in order to get this mine to production on one of the biggest lithium deposits in the world.

Without taking future earnings into account on a product that is in extremely short supply, plus our stake in zinnwald lithium ,all the hard work on getting us to this point we will NOT be recommending this offer to our shareholders.

I mean who even recommends on taking the first offer , the basics in any negotiation is you always reject the first offer. And it's an offer we were at throughout most of January when we were mid to late 60s. And that's without zinnwald being thrown in the mix.ans with out the finance in place.

The chinnese must of been laughing when they heard secker say we think that's fair.

And when you think of all the other issues where shareholders haven't been thought off which have been reported on here lots, beggers belief that this is actually likely to go through.

Agreed with fozdog , my stance is the same , you want my shares youbwillbhave to pay no less then the highest price possible , selling up simply plays in thier hands

So the agm is happening BEFORE the extension ends.

So any question relating to the possible takeover will simply be replied with , "its still in negotiations so couldn't possibly comment"

Latt no one has ever said they wouldn't want to see rises like that here that's a given.

The opinion changes simply when
1) there are comparisons and frustrations in the price because some believe if amc do well then cineworld should do just as well because they are in the same sector , some people here don't understand the rise of amc is not because cinemas are open again and demand is big for the screen, And they simply cant acknowledge that there is a reason they have moved from 2 dollars to 60 odd dollars based on these reasons alone.

2) a reddit style movement on cineworld , some believe that it's possible that because we are shorted reddit may want to move over to cineworld and do the same thing , this has been talked about many times , as some say there was a cineworld logo on a reddit page , hashtag this and hash tag that , but to put it bluntly it didn't work. Yes it would be great to have a share price I'm involved in be sky high but realistically it won't happen as it prib would of by now.

So while everyone AGREES a sky high s.p price would be good some see there are no comparisons with amc other then we are both cinemas and some believe reddit wont cone knocking on our door.

Instead they choose to look at the positives going on at our own doorsteps , like we are open , filmslate , money in tills etc etc and use that as a reason to have genuine hope our personal price targets will be met sooner rather then later.

I'm not in any board meeting or agm , and if I was I would have no problem telling them how I feel.

Let's keep it real xtw2 when you are at that level and a c.e.o you have to accept there will be critics along the way. What secker has done has in no way been for the benefit of the shareholders.

I refer you back to the placing of new shares to raise additional funds as a example , a rns came out after close of play one day and before 7am the following day was all done and over subscribed. Not letting any small PI like myself a bite at the cake, they knew where them shares were going before it was even announced.

The same for the offer , its a criminal offer and again the shareholders were not thought of in this process, its something that's happened behind the scenes.

So In all honesty I couldn't give 2 monkeys if you don't like what I'm saying about poor Mr secker and the board , the truth is I paid for my shares so I have as much right of an opinion as everyone else.

The man and the board have not acted in the best interests of the shareholders its that simple , they have only looked after themselves and that's a opinion as a shareholder I'm entitled to have. And if you don't like my opinion I strongly suggest you simply filter me.

If Mr secker is aware of a revolt from shareholders I'm pretty sure he knows what shareholders think of him.

I ask On the flip side to that when has Mr secker ever put the shareholders thoughts and feelings first. All he's thinking of his deep pockets , I hope he and the board read the comments on here.
