The project owner is unnamed but some of the most prominent UK tidal projects are being developed by Atlantis Resources (ARL LN), which designed, built and delivered the first phase of the flagship MeyGen tidal energy project in Scotland. ARL is currently merging with certain assets of SIMEC Energy (part of the GFG Alliance), owner of an interest in Tidal Lagoon plc, which is also developing a number of tidal projects in the UK, predominately in Wales, and internationally. And... Timothy Cornelius, chief of tidal power developer Atlantis Resources, says the Gigha trial is �of extreme interest�. Atlantis is building one of the world�s largest tidal power arrays in Scotland�s Pentland Firth and expects energy storage to play a big role in future projects, particularly when they involve islands with limited grid connections. �We fully subscribe to the idea that storage is the revolution,� Mr Cornelius says. �If they can prove [vanadium redox flow works as billed] then Scott McGregor will be one of the first people I call.� And.... As well as the MeyGen project in Scotland, Atlantis has other tidal stream projects in the pipeline in France, South Korea, Canada and Indonesia with plans to develop a tidal barrage project in the Wyre estuary in the UK and investigating opportunities associated with pumped and battery storage.

Correct me if i am wrong, but above have 20MW of projects and pipeline, market cap around 100 million that has fallen from 160 million whilst sales news has dried up. We on the other hand have around 13MH announced with a pipeline that has grown 50 percent over last quarter or there abouts yet are struggling for 40 million market cap. Generation 3 is our tier 1 manufacturing partner, Jabil, which mean mass production yet market has not reacted, I can only assume we have lack of interest or we have an active shorter. Having looked at trades over last few weeks, yes weeks, there are far too many exact same trades happening within seconds of each other, not only is this a breach of market rules but why is the company and our broker taking zero action? It is about time this company was taken seriously, our product is ground breaking, we have serious players promoting it such as Centrica and many other leading players, yet a large 3.5MWh project does not shift price by 5 percent says we are being played. Scott can do little more then what he is doing today, we are placing ourselves as global leaders in a multi billion dollar industry, investors need keep faith and realise compared to our competitors or similar stocks this remains undervalued and of course has a much larger pipeline, currently nearly 30 million final stage customer selection.

Big market potential, to be installed this year and bring mega projects to the table 2019;- Little is known of the tidal project as it remains subject to finance and formal contract awards. RedT revealed the European Union project will demonstrate the technical and financial feasibility of using tidal energy plus energy storage to provide reliable, renewable baseload energy. If successful, the company said the project could have "benefits EU-wide".

Lol, not doing a great job of it, still do not understand why this is trading single dodgers!! This project is planned to be fulfilled by redT's 3rd Generation product, to be delivered in 2018. Large projects such as this demonstrate how flow machine technology can scale to address base load energy requirements. It is also consistent with redT's corporate strategy of expanding into large projects during 2019.

More importantly it is 40 units of an estimated 1000 to be annocuned for delivery in 2019. 4 percent of that target announced, plus we have likes of Centrica and other third party sellers to add into the mix. Not a sub 50 million market cap company for me, with market potential running into hundreds of billions and making inroads into that potential we should be near 100 million, likes of ITM hit 180 million with lesser potential. Need remember that pipeline has increased from 18.5 million in final stage of customer selection to near 30 million in a few short months, that excludes third party pipelines.

Not the rise I was expecting, that is huge news. We are a global player with larger contracts being secured, with a board that is highly impressive. Should be well above 8p today, not struggling to hold 7. That is aim for you.

S.A. is only large scale for off-grid which kinda rules out Eskom anyhow. RedT on the other hand:- redT energy has the feel of a start-up but a unique perspective in the market as a public company with over 10 years at the forefront of technology research. We operate across the UK, Europe, Africa, USA and Australia. Only takes a large scale government contract to get the excitement going, mega contracts and all that.
