Evening Joe, thank you for the reply and information. Important part from that from my point of view is you are pretty much inline with 162�s estimate of around 4.5p. a share price target, although I do hope for a little more then that if we consider the increased value of any investments we have, most notability in this instance MOD shares. As for the options I really do not think that is something to be concerned over today, sure anyone here will be happy to consider that as an issue as it arises, with increased wealth I doubt there will be many moaners. Additionally it seems the norm with a lot of miningbstocks to issue warrants at inflated prices, all part and parcel I suppose. I will have a further look into things when time permits, for now I guess this is time for stockpiling shares and awaiting news due imminently that should according to two knowledgable posters be at least a bagger possibly more dependant on news. Share price is beyond teens in price I will be happy enough, thing with aim nobody can predict where a share price will end up, sure longer term a share settles to reasonable value in most instances, however when news lands and a scrabble for share ensues we get an over inflated price, or certainly that is what I am hoping for. Daft as it may sound, delay announcement of a few deals that I believe are sealed, announce in quick succession will have a much more dramatic impact on share price then a slow drop effect, this share will soon have its day, where it ends up will be dependent upon news given and how much lands. Personally believe in Scott McG, he has dealt with some hard issues and survived what I believe the hardest period of this company�s short life so far, Gen3 will be a near era and a new rerate, markets will decide on price, as long as that is behinds teens in price terms I will be happy enough, with mega projects to be confirmed 2019. Evening Joe Intersting to hear another view, like yourself I have been dabbling in MTR since back in the old KIBO days although not touched it for a long while with other investments taking a priority. Personally I like Bonkers as I believe he is a good chartist, one only needs look at his track record on twitter to realise that, I have also shared some investments with him over time. Having had a brief look again here i do believe this is undervalued today, book value is around cash so there is not much, if anything, in terms of asset attributed to share price. It is always a gamble with these types of investment on AiM, high risk = high reward if you can get fundamentals right. That being said often a chart can predict a rise better then what any real fundamentals tell us, bizarre world this investing. Atlantis says its 6MW tidal turbine array in Pentland Firth, Scotland, has completed all tests and entered its 25 year operations phase. I remember same thing being said when Schroders took increased share at 6 odd pence before it then almost doubled in price. It�s in the share price is all that matters, those who took part in placing are confident of a return from here, so am I. If you are not comfortable then sell into a rising share, nothing worse then buying high and selling at bottom. I actually believe they had enough funds for admin for this year, what I believe these funds are for is to expedite the sales that are to be announced. Easy double bag from here, if they land a few larger contracts as I suspect then this should make an easy 150 Million market cap or late teens. You need remember that today�s bad news will soon be forgotten in stock market terms, if they had not of raised money then the next set of accounts would of stated the inability for the company to Continue as a going concern which would impact on any investor return. It is not great news but the amount raised is small and at minimal discount, that goes show market faith and whilst I am sure we have many negative posters here not many stocks can you say have an almost guaranteed bagger in them or maybe two in the next short few months. Compared to our piers we are massively undervalued, one to hold and laid at these levels but be cautious that by this time next year they are likely to need further funding unless they can pull off a large contract. That said if scott pulls of further funding at these sort of discounts then all is not so bad. Emotions can sometimes get better of the best of us, but this is a money game and by my reckoning we are best set for a good return short term from here.

Scott sure has got to produce the goodies and soon, performance so far is poor. That said we have funding issue resolved that will help when news lands.

- Would you see logic in combining BMN with RED? No, from a BMN view it would be great, for red I cannot see the benefit. Longer term mines across the globe will come online, if Redt can secure off-take agreements with each continent then that would IMO be the best and long term cheapest solution and also give investors stability in event of world trade wars or such as we have witnessed of late, or government change of direction etc. Each to our own, I am sure you disagree so I will leave it there. Daisan, Without getting into a debate on the redT board, I am sure you will respect that, however BMN do not control the entire supply chain on VRB that is quite misleading as they are using someone else�s technology that you have no part in the development of, only a reseller licence and maybe a manufacturing agreement that thus far is unknown. I imagine almost all invested here are doing so in the expectation this will be bought out by a much larger player who wants a leading product at the cheapest price within this industry, having our own IP, worldwide audience, large order book and gigawatt manufacturing capacity could make this into a multi billion pound business within a very short timeframe. It is of course all matter of our own opinions, good luck with your own decisions.

Here is one investment done late last year for an Australian project on solar, now imagine these coupled with a flow machine all backed by debt finance, no upfront costs just a nice steady income in a country with one of the highest electricity prices globally:- Investec Australia Limited�s Infrastructure Finance & Investment team has added to its local funding of green energy by helping a UK developer of solar projects expand in Australia. Eco Energy World, a UK based renewables developer focused on global development of solar projects, has secured an A$10m development finance facility from Investec. Eco Energy World Group was founded in 2008 by cleantech entrepreneur Svante Kumlin and has pledged to develop a minimum of 1GW of solar projects in Australia by 2019. The Investec facility will help fast track the development of Eco Energy�s already well advanced Australian portfolio of Queensland solar projects totaling in excess of 900MW of potential capacity. The facility will be utilised to fund late-stage development costs including network studies, grid applications fees and land acquisition payments. Eco Energy�s development approved solar projects include the Chinchilla (20MW), Yarranlea (37MW), Aramara (130MW), Broadlea (100MW) and Bouldercombe (278MW) solar farms. Several of the projects are expected to reach financial close using a �merchant� revenue model and Eco Energy is in discussions with various counterparties for longer term offtakes for the remainder.

We could be on the verge of a seriously significant milestone, debt finance for flow machines will change the face of this industry and the fortunes of investors here. Investec have been flirting with redT for a while IMO, they are strong believers and investors in green technologies, more importantly they have invested in many projects gloabally that could benefit from this technology, if we get thier backing and introductions, this will be a serious global player.
