Good grief Jez. If I didn't think I knew you better I would think you were trying to be sarcastic.

I make something for $2,000 and sell it in my shop for $1 my revenue is $1

I announce to the markets that my company has now made revenue. I don't have to mention it was only $1 I just have to say I am now generating revenues. My share price takes a huge jump as everyone piles in.

Next week I sell two for $1 each. They cost me $4,000 to make. My revenues are now $2.

Made up figures have been posted before based on speculation by others about SaaS revenues and/or the value of BitCoin. I have seen no figure posted by the company itself unless you would care to give a link to them.

It seems like a reasonable request given you are stating they exist but I guess you will not.

I should note myself, having dug out the wording, that the claim is for revenue and not profitability..

Of course revenue might mean someone pays them $1 for services that nominally cost $2,000. It might be revenue but it is certainly not profit.

Apologies for that one Jam. As we all know it is a common ploy used by trolls to pass comment outside of a particular thread in an effort to detract from the meat of the original with contrary spin.

The meat here being that the company themselves, rather than some random on a BB, appear to have retained the right to issue new confetti. As other have suggested this is likely to be a prudent move. It just seems to be a bit "all of a sudden" coming the day before the old confetti is due to hit the market.

That was a very pertinent observation and question and worthy of broader discussion.

I see the SP just took a little crumble so presumably you did that on purpose to get back in at a lower price or close your short. :-)

Naturally we have to wait to see the full wording of that document but I am willing to bet that it will be, as I suggest, last minute panic house keeping to maintain the right to issue more equity should the most recent placing not be sufficient to take them through to profitability.

Sorry Jam someone posted what I consider to be an important question about the most recent filing at companies house about Exemption Rights, the right to issue confetti. To me that raises doubt about the confidence of you and others that the company truly believes that the most recent round of funding will see them through to profitability. If it was then there would be no reason for the company to reiterate those rights.

It's standard practice. All companies include statements as to right of the board to exercise their right to issue confetti without the approval of the shareholder. They have a vote on this during general meeting as to how much confetti can be issued and the period of time for which that vote is valid. Then they have to have another vote.

It looks like they failed, perhaps by oversight, to transfer or notify the results of the volte from the last AGM and this is just housekeeping in order to do so. It does seem a bit sloppy if those rights would have applied to the most recent placing and they are having to take this action now to cover themselves one day before the listing.

Once again, as suggested, this lets them issue more confetti which is certainly in line with their recent claim that the most recent placing is going to take them through to profitability. Or rather isn't so they have in effect flagged that the suggestion that it is just an expectation and not based in reality.

Well said Jam. Much better than continual sniping about multiple account holders and who holds or does not, how many and motives for getting back in at a lower price or trying to clear shorts.

I see the Share Price is drifting down to the Placing Price so I guess we have a benchmark as to the true present value of the company prior to that sustained release of news over the next week that will lift it out of the doldrums. It's a bit of a shame the apparently new strategy as recently outlined by the company and summarised repeatedly by yourself over the last two days in an effort to drive other comments off the first page appears to have failed.

I also see the volume is back down to the not a lot to get excited about level. Still, once again that is likely to rapidly change on the arrival of the aforementioned monster chunks of news. Perhaps then the quality of commentary will pick up as the usual crew return to place a positive spin on another bunch of not very much.

Ooooo Ooooo I can help out with this one. I used to design electronics stuff and when I checked out my part list on Mouser I always made sure I used in stock components which were not marked as end of life. Crumbs even the application engineers I had chats with about possible new product for design in were very keen to ensure that they were not trying to sell me fairy dust. As a last resort, if a product was about to go EOL, my boss would buy up enough for a couple of years production so I could roll something new before Jack Dorsey snaffled them all. Doing it any other way would just be some sort of silly. I can assure everyone wishing to invest in my company that I would apply the same strategy to our supply of tea bags.

I am the CEO of the company. Obviously I don't know better than myself. That would be silly.

Me and my bunch of dead clever mates have worked out how to make Nuclear Fusion 36% more efficient. I'm just writing up the patent and will be filing it with the UK Patent Office when its ready. Sorry, can't reveal too much information at the mo. NDA's and such stuff. However, if successful, we'll be going via the PCT route to take it World Wide. Our modelling shows it works and it will also be possible to port it to Quantum Fusion. I'm certain that people of your calibre will recognise the opportunity. As soon as someone manages to make a Fusion Generator that achieves break even they will be flooding to buy our, by then, Patented technology to make it 86 times better. In fact I am already in advanced talks with some folks working in the area of Generation. We've got the kettle on and are negotiating Tetley or PGTips and the temperature of tea required. We'll be looking for seed funding in the second quarter of next year to take us through to profitability. We expect to initially enter the market with a PaaS, Power As A Service, offering based on a subscription or profit sharing model and will probably have to co-locate close to somewhere else. As you all know AaaS, Anything As A Service, is a guaranteed huge money spinner. Look at Microsoft. They are worth $Trillions so they will probably buy us up.
