It is an example of an Application that was Withdrawn Before Grant. There may be a number of reasons for this. The main one would be that the applicant read the initial report on patentability and gave up. Another one would be that by filing the application they have placed on an official record the description of their technology but without making its content public.

Now they can go off and implement it in secret but, if at a later date, someone else tries to patent the same technology or steals it off them they can call up that official record and shout foul!

QBT has that number. However QBT has not published it.

Your behaviour is nothing short of the most pernicious Trolling of the company and my good stuff and you are likely short in the stock as well as stature whilst being paid by a hedge fund to do so. If you do not grant this Patent immediately I shall misspell your name in a clever way to make myself look silly. Don't bother telling me I am wrong. I assure you I am looking at things the right way around. Your quote is presumably for the hash rate of the entire network. If QBT were to implement their own entire network and match it one on one you would see a significant effect.

Indeed you can get an approximate idea of the size of the current market they would have to capture to have an impact. It's 10/26 or 38%.
