OK I have to admit. For the first time in my life I bought some shares and did so in Tern. It was in expectation of some wundernews from Wyld that might have spiked the SP here. However looking over things I am now of the opinion that Wyld, rather like the other portfolio companies, has had its time to reach peak proof and has only managed to demonstrate that, like the others, it might be a viable business but there will be no sparks.

Even he who should not be mentioned, an ex-smoker and, I think, a supporter of vaping, was not impressed with that non regulatory RNS.

Last time I heard about Mr Bidco and Mr Topco the company was robbed from the shareholders and taken into private ownership. It's a good job I read what other people were saying prior to getting excited.

You have been shafted and, given the dates of registration, the opportunity, plan, to do so has been in place for quite some time.

OK. So I had a poke about,

and some of the other tokens mentioned on the site. Personally I think Chartists are snakeoil rune readers so you can guess I am not one and, howls of derision, not qualified to comment.

Anyway. So I look at how the prices bounce up and down over time and it really looks no different to what a basket(case) of AIM stocks do. The opportunity for profit and/or likely loss appears to be a similar dreamscape. The same might be said of any company in or on the periphery of it.

So... and here's the negative rub. Given these tokens have such an extreme risk/reward ratio why would you invest in a peripheral company that probably, almost certainly, amplifies that RISK/reward ratio, note the capitalisation?

Could be QBT or could be RIOT cranked up their engines. Given RIOT said they had cranked up their engines I suppose you would have to assume RIOT cranked up their engines. Of course for the glass half full to overflowing folks it is likely that RIOT cranked up their engines by direct injection of QBT-NITROBOOST™ but are unable to state as such because they are under an NDA.

Notice how Brewin Nominees Ltd issued the TR1 on behalf of Sutterton Label Printers Ltd.

I would suggest that in order to believe THE BANK OF NEW YORK (NOMINEES) LIMITED has not issued a TR1 on behalf of their Nominees then, at best, you are left with four investors below 3%. Either way you cut it and, if you believe the dates that QBT might have got wrong on their AIM 26 page, it would seem that THE BANK OF NEW YORK (NOMINEES) LIMITED did not blow their own chunks on QBT.

Hmmm. I did try to install Telegram on my Linux Box but it fell over so your assumption is likely to be wrong. As an aside I do notice others have attributed things to me that I did not do.

However, probably on another bulletin board, I did see similar words to the effect that a TR1 can only be notified by a company via RNS when the person who bought the share tells them they have bought them. This seems a bit back to front. Perhaps there is something on the Web About it.

The following may be a complete failure to decipher that one but...

Now we know QBT issued the shares. So the above implies that the person who inherited the shares are responsible for issuing the TR1. You, and others are assuming that THE BANK OF NEW YORK (NOMINEES) LIMITED inherited the shares so it might be reasonable to assume that THE BANK OF NEW YORK (NOMINEES) LIMITED are responsible for issuing the TR1

I would take a guess that THE BANK OF NEW YORK (NOMINEES) LIMITED would not wish to upset The Actual FCA so that would leave you with your Option 2) which you can accuse me of suggesting because I did. QBT issued the shares to at least four parties who would not have to issue TR1's because they punted less than 3% each.

was incorrect in as much as according to you the company had got the dates wrong. As a result some oik reported the thread for being misleading and it got deleted. Again, note to mods, the above link and those following is/are not misleading information or if it is then it is misleading information published by the company itself. Think before you act on the advice of an oik.

Once more thanks for the pictures Addison however the pictures you provided do not include that date information. Without it, even if the company got it right, they would still be meaningless.

Because QBT appear to have failed to keep this information up to date then as a result recently on this board and mirrored elswhere people deduced that THE BANK OF NEW YORK (NOMINEES) LIMITED had taken part in the most recent placing.The deduction does not seem to have any basis for support and without a TR1 is likely to be baseless.

Hi Addison. I'm not sure I meant it that way. Perhaps Jez can take me down a few pegs by explaining how BitCoin, whilst being extremely volatile itself, has a certain amount of inertia, or lack of it, depending on the whims of the market and its associated hype. QBT might be less protected.
