Quite. The amounts over the last 3+ weeks by one seller have been considerable, most days at a minimum of 10 million. Just delaying the MDC further has probably shot the confidence of so many now in this share. Someone needs to control their social media posts and RNS announcements put out, because they really haven’t been any good for the company.

Still the big sells coming in - another 10 million chunk yesterday. Hoped they would be gone by the end of last year but clearly dumping a large volume . . . but who, it’s been going on for weeks.

And another 10,000,000 dumped after the bell. Strange when we are supposedly due all good news.

For all the ‘humility shown to face investors when things were not good’, they still had the audacity to take to social media to insinuate Christmas was the time for the MDC project closure. It beggars belief that they would risk damaging their credibility further by quoting a target date that was going to be missed . . . again!!!. Would we all get away with it in our workplaces, most likely not. We won’t find a big brother to hand hold and dig deep in their pockets to invest until we start being a little more professional.

They can’t hit a deadline to save their lives. What happens when the MDC finally gets over the line . . . (it’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas - certainly not JVL, check your dates!) . . . how long will it then take to close the next project, several years?

Full of hot air and gloss and why shouldn’t investors be fed up with where we are, hardly an example of how to run a business effectively.

Look back over the past few weeks and you will see large amounts being dumped after the bell.

The market don’t seem to want to react, why would they. We had them singing to us on twitter last week that ‘it’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas’ but clearly this is now going over into the new year for completion. Why lead everyone to believe otherwise, they clearly knew it to be the case with the challenges they’ve shared. It affects credibility every time and they don’t seem to grasp that one!

What year???
They have a total inability to get anything over the line in the timeframes that they would have us all believe. The share price has been absolutely hammered by constant delays and some dreadful decisions. It needs a change at the top if they don’t hit this one on time.

If that’s the case, we might as well get used to staring at the bottom of the barrel after he’s scraped it!

RNS this morning from MNRG makes interesting reading

‘We find ourselves speaking to bigger and better organised companies’ - well if he is gauging that against his own performance, that would be about every enquiry then.

The credibility is lacking considerably - tripping from one missed target to another. Agree totally, absolutely shambolic

Great news today and it really underlines the point that if they are able to deliver to their deadlines, it has such a positive effect on investor confidence.

Really has nothing to do with being unkind thought does it - it’s about delivering in a timely manner in accordance with their own forecasts which have changed and then changes again. If you were the owner of a company looking to work collaboratively with them, would you jump in knowing that history and track record - probably not, you’d want more assurance. Risk averse surely.

Have to agree as there is nothing up and running. We shouldn’t be looking at the potential income generation, more the additional expenditure as the weeks go by. While ever so much time is being taken to get a facility up and running, the next best thing will have arrived on the scene. We’ve seen in their interviews that they are ‘taking their time to get things right’. How much time do they think they have, clearly they don’t seem to understand how the delays are affecting their credibility. You can be the leader in your field, but if you can’t complete anything within your own timelines, which they confidently gave out way back when, it starts to become a great to contemplate, unlikely to be realised scenario. It affects the long term strategy - those who’ve shown an interest in partnering, those with deeper pockets, will all be having the same doubts.

Look at the hubs developing in Manchester, Scotland etc. that is what we are up against too.

All good news but they have got to pull their finger out and get things over the line in a more timely manner. That should be their priority now as the likes of others will not want to partner with a company that can’t meet its own deadlines. Those timelines are difficult to pinpoint as they span over months and that alone affects confidence in the business.

I’m really hoping he gave that timeline as they were anticipating it to be completed mid to end of the season. It will certainly make a difference to showcase it all and hopefully shift this share price up.

I thought the RNS was good to hear - the tech has been through a robust testing period with flying colours. We know the tech is also a game changer, they just now have to stick to their own timeframes and deliver within that window. That is what’s going to make this company get noticed ahead of others and get the credibility they need. If there are further delays, it’s going to be so detrimental.

As stated previously by other posters, once one is up and running, the blueprint hopefully becomes less complicated to deliver and over a much shorter timeframe.

Finding a solution with North Fork has taken a big burden away, that did worry me. Hopefully with the focus now firmly on the MDC’s, it won’t be too long before we have that Autumn RNS we’ve all been waiting for. I think France is key to Eqtec, given recent press and once those first few builds are up and running it makes the blueprint for future sites less of a challenge. They have certainly been challenging times for a number of unprecedented reasons and I’ve whinged about lack of news and the financial decisions with loans/placing but hopefully a more focussed approach by the BoD will pay off very soon.

You should create your own group aandi and send out the link. I know there is a telegram group but if it’s anything like here, you get a caning if you have an alternative view. The debate is good, more so for the new investor. Links and detailed info in one place is great too.

I’m hoping we have come down now and are coasting slowly before the climb on this rollercoaster ride. I can still but dream of retiring early on this one.
