The construction of the plant will hopefully be ready in 7/8 weeks, but will infrastructure issues cause potential problems for that timeframe - they can’t afford delay after delay again. Also what would be the timeframe for the testing and commissioning to completion do you reckon - could this still drag out till year end. This really will be great news when it goes live, as the facility may well be the catalyst for even greater opportunities than the existing projects. Hopefully a smooth transition through to being fully operational - as long as JVL doesn’t start to sing about it, we will hopefully be fine.

Sorry I totally disagree with the comment that ‘certain posters on here are affecting the share price’. If you have an ounce of resourcefulness you will do your own research - you’d be pretty gullible if you didn’t. The company themselves have said enough to affect market sentiment without the help from anyone else. Do you think the ill advised comments on social media, the outlining of proposed deadline dates which shift so frequently and the sudden surprises following interviews and public meetings will have had a positive impact? of course not. This is not down to disgruntled investors on here, it’s about them getting to grips with the fundamentals of running their own business plans. The tech speaks for itself, they have to step up now and prove to the market they know what they are doing and they need to do so swiftly.

Unfortunately C909 is stating fact here, there is little confidence left in the company. Everything from the business plan, marketing, financial decisions, deadlines and project closures have been shockingly bad at times and affording the BoD praise for it, is just delusional. They don’t care one bit about the PI’s. All well and good some saying ‘everyone has to be patient’, the company simply don”t have that option or the finances behind them to allow for things to drag on. They threw too much money around and didn’t think about a longterm strategy or potential consequences, which needless to say, they should have paid even more attention to following various world events. Another cash raise down the line here would be catastrophic. The credibility has gone through their own actions alone and the market is unforgiving. I don’t know how they have the gall to pay themselves so well when they’ve achieved so very little. Northfork about to launch???, I wouldn’t hold your breath; their idea of a timeline is totally different to the rest of us. JVL is posting on his social media account because he’s stuck on repeat. Try spending your time replying to the many email concerns from your shareholders instead.

Interesting comment from them. If they are aware of the relentless negative posts on this board, then inform of the facts in a timely manner - frustrated shareholders have had enough of all their gloss.

They have driven this into the ground which is quite shocking. To say the least, they look unprofessional on many levels when they can’t even complete what they set out in their various statements and ill advised social media posts and within the time limits that they set themselves. All they’ve achieved by it is to feed the negativity and frustration for PI’s whilst leaving themselves with little credibility but fat wallets. Should be on a pay structure that if you don’t succeed, you don’t command such a vast salary. Openness and transparency are likely to gain them more respect in the long run - but they’ve completely lost trust through their poor strategies and decision making.

Seems to appear to be the same routine - upbeat interview with a statement that things are imminent, then the long wait and never a commitment to a date. The sentiment is understandable

There is the 4.3 million thrown at North Fork to consider which has obviously impacted these particular results.

When will Italy be refinanced? Site visit and survey undertaken in March and no sign yet of any news.

Isn’t a CFO employed to take ownership of the finance strategy and lead in this area of the business. Any point in employing an ‘expert’ just to ignore their advice? Would surely have to be accountable for how the plan unfolds - it sits within their remit.

Yahoo Finance now showing the earnings report is due Monday 24/4 before market. Let’s hope there is more positive news before then.

The QA sessions seem rehe****d with no chance of the difficult questions being put to the BoD which shareholders want answers to. It should be an open forum.

You’re missing the point of what others are saying here. You don’t sit and harp on about the poor performance of your competitors as if we are doing ok . . . you concentrate on getting your own house in order. These haven’t, they made some dire financial decisions over the past 18 months and lost credibility as well as the faith of the shareholders. You keep repeatedly posting a pipeline of projects and prospective earnings, future share price predictions but that’s all it is, forecasts, nothing more.
We are in the here and now, in a precarious position and if we don’t get through it fairly quickly, there are no future plans. Others on here are merely stating the facts.

A big issue for me and I’ve mentioned it before, is the out of date website. The showroom window to your business should be bang up to date - it speaks volumes to a worldwide audience. Under projects, Italy MDC is still under construction! They clearly do not realise the detrimental effect this can have on a business.

You guys who post regularly on here with project updates/links keep PI’s more up to speed than the company. I’ve emailed IR weeks ago to raise this issue and as predicted, no response.

Someone needs to get a grip of the marketing strategy and create a positive impact, which will also go a long way towards improving sentiment.

Quite an achievement by the BoD today to be top of the table - it’s a pity it’s the wrong one.

Pretty obvious that someone’s absence here, particularly with this type of news, is highly suggestive of a direct connection to the company.

Where is the accountability in this organisation. The financial decisions have been dire.

I think we are all aware that when investing in an AIM company there is the need for fundraisings but the financial decision making by them has been shocking.

Who was it that said the other day that the BoD ‘had played a blinder’ - nearly right with some of the words you used, but more like they’ve blind sided the PI’s yet again.

. . . and where is aandi when the proverbial stuff hits the fan! Have we no dummy buy news this morning or the repetitive calculations on potential profit from ‘future projects’? which are basically ideas on paper!

For all the good news today and it is certainly is great and a relief that it’s up and running, that gain has halved.

Needs a thorough project evaluation now, which they should be doing as a matter of course anyway. They haven’t ‘played a blinder’; much progress has been made but there have been blunders along the way with ill advised decisions/comments which have been detrimental to their overall credibility. That isn’t forgotten overnight and that review will help fine tune business processes and adopt a far better project plan/marketing strategy moving forward for the other plants . . . instead of what has seemed like a gung ho approach at times. They must factor in potential delays/likely challenges before going public . . . a moment on twitter can cause weeks of anxiety for investors.

I too am interested to see if Northfork becomes operational this year, fingers crossed.

Totally agree again with the post on here about the outdated news on their website, particularly regarding the projects. The last update on Italy was September 2022.

This is meant to be the window of visibility to a professional business - they can’t even be bothered to pay attention to the information they are giving out to prospective customers/investors. Companies that have outdated websites might as well not have them at all - they lack credibility. Substituting formal updates with ill advised social media posts, takes that unprofessionalism to another level.
