Primethinker you say for the ‘last few years and months’ it’s been down.
Go back much further. David Palumbo, Jeff Vander Linden and Co, constantly marketed a company who had the ‘pipeline of pipelines’, plants in the making in multiple countries, collaborations, MOU’s and waste to energy tech nearing completion which was world leading. Did any come on line and work at optimum level. Did the company expand because of it and increase its value from well over 60 million. That constant narrative, saw the masses invest believing it all. Did North Fork open (look at their posts), Italy ever work effectively (lack of posts giving progress) Croatia, the plants elsewhere. No, investors saw no longterm business plan, no budgeting or adequate cash reserves, constantly changing direction and the strategy of placings, consolidations and more countless placings, until investments were worth a pittance. A small company, with a small workforce, being paid handsomely and stretched across the globe to oversee all these projects. It was not our pockets that were lined with gold.
There is something called fiduciary duty which company directors must adhere to; they can’t erase years of public narrative that all those investors believed. The response to those many concerns, silence. Read the board all the way back.
