Atrocious senior management team with no integrity whatsoever. Those on here harping on about the negativity of others need to think about how they’d react if they were employed in a company where this level of mismanagement was going on. Would you just put up and shut up, would you want it on your CV. The performance is shameful but still they cling on for dear life - who would recruit them in to do the same elsewhere.. As pointed out here, the tech has so much potential, but with this bunch leading things, it doesn’t stand a chance. AIM is not just about lifestyle, I’ve invested in plenty over the years where there has been a genuine desire for success.

Ian Pearson, what exactly are you doing in your role. Have you forgotten your NED’s responsibilities. Strategic direction, monitoring performance, remuneration, communication, risk management, audit.

Simms, you must clearly have a close connection with this organisation. Even though it has plunged dramatically, you are still waving their banner. Your go to line of ‘once we get one project signed off’ pops up week in week out and yet here we all are waiting for ‘just one’ to get over the line. He has 9 active positions on Companies House and how many dissolved? and yet you still think the sun shines. Just how much attention is he giving to running this business. What about the one he was appointed to in January this year; eyes on other things even though this has been in dire straits for a long time.

What’s that word he’s associated with . . . dissolved. Hardly going to care about this one, just another project . If others in the company really cared about its future, they would remove him from his position immediately.

DP doesn’t need anymore time to prove himself Simms, he lost in excess of 50M in a relatively short time frame. Do you know anyone else in business with a performance like that, who has held on to their job. He doesn’t consider himself a failure, the history is out there in the public domain.

Surely if you’ve got a plant ready to go live, you’d have something to say about it. The NFCDC hasn’t had any updates since June and even then, they were very limited. The website for the centre consists of a couple of pages with a photo and no information whatsoever - drop the menu down and nothing to show. If you email for any update from them, they ignore your enquiry and have done so for a long time.

One wonders about commitment to the company too, particularly when you look at past appointments, there have been so many. What have been the achievements - is someone with that track record, really of the calibre to lead this business to where it needs to be.

No mention of them in the link below which offers the timeline over many years for that project, even though they threw millions at Northfork? Look at the Eqtec website, changed from giving an overview of individual projects and process, to just a one liner. That’s for a plant that’s supposedly due to go live in a few months?

They used to keep the minutes reasonably up to date on the NFCDC website; indeed Eqtec put out a statement on the back of some that they deemed inaccurate. They have not posted anything since June 24 and to say it’s up and running seems very strange.. This BOD threw millions at it which account for some of the 55m loss, yet they stay silent.

Wouldn’t you want to shout about it . Exactly what is this CEO up to?. I go back to my previous comment, he has a fiduciary duty to shareholders and that is a legal requirement. Start informing ALL shareholders of what you are up to DP. Better still, let us know your leaving date!

Given the history of DP managing over 50 million and it running through his fingers very quickly, how long do we think the 2 million will last. We can have orders coming in, but if we can’t successfully get plants up and running in a timely manner and working at an optimum level, then they are meaningless. I recall JVL stating (not singing) in an interview that you need to pay a premium for the best engineers otherwise they will look to work elsewhere. Exactly how long does it take for the best of the best to get it right.

Simms I appreciate your enthusiasm and indeed you are correct in what you say about the tech. You can have the best product in the world, but if those leading the company don’t have the business acumen to formulate a decent strategy and maintain a tight ship, then quite simply, it will fail time and again until eventually it’s irretrievable. Nobody wants to see that happen here, it has huge potential, particularly in today’s current climate. How long do you leave a senior management in position in hopes that they start to perform as expected; they’ve had too long and this organisation can’t afford to hang on to them any longer. It is time for a change and anyone who really hopes for the best here, knows that. You never keep revisiting poor performance in any business, you learn from it, reduce risk and make the necessary changes. The company could be so much more, but not with these two at the helm.

If you’ve been here a while, you will know that I’ve raised concern with their handling of this business at a lot higher level than this. I bought shares long before I started posting comments on here. I think the facts speak for themselves - if you performed as well as that, where would your career be?

People get annoyed because they don’t like to hear the narrative of what has happened here. Such poor business management on many levels.

I’d look at past history to see performance and how successful they’ve been elsewhere - it’s public information after all.

I think it speaks volumes of a leadership team who fail to engage in private investor communications, shutting down the dedicated email and failing to provide any response when an online question/query is submitted.

Putting up barriers to stop the PI’s from engaging virtually/hybrid at the AGM other than in person, shows a total disregard for their views. What are they so worried about, hearing the obvious? What about those who can’t physically attend (maybe disability) but would like to be at the live event. Surely this day and age, they have a duty of care to make reasonable adjustments for all.
