strange couldnt buy any shares for 5minutes at 0.35P or 0.34p??? why is that???shame need to rob a few at these levels???well they will get back on board on next upsling regretting selling. catch up laters guys..tooka nother 1mill in 3 trades:)

Seems many sitting on a free ride are subtly deramping? Why? To get back in for the next upwave? They've already given themselves away....reason...if no upside u wouldn't sit on free shares, you would have sold the lot. Also the more ditto g on free shares, the less freefloat so expect volatility and fact many here...shows expecting it to go back to 0.6p in short term. Seems people don't want to acknowledge how has got 2 key stages done. 1 got 10year production licence. 2 got back costs paid from gspc, bearing in mind gspc have refused to pay for years! And now gspc are going in to last chance saloon, if others think gspc are going to have Indian government backing, last week result proves that is over.! Get ready for a decent rerate. 're 55% costs to pay while eod in place during arbitration, until eod rescinded...ps if it takes 12 to 24 months for arbitration, then fantastic as we will have drilled both new wells on cambay, and implemented the schlumberger recommendations 're fraccing and correct fluids to use.gl all holders

So arbitration has to start Dec 1st.. oex can get work done and until eod is rescinded in the arbitration process, gspc is having to pay 55% as part of current court order. So for argument sake say arbitration last 2 weeks??? Lol I know that's impossible...but that gives oex 2 weeks to get invoices for work agreed on cambay asap??? And if gspc don't pay the current deal off table.remember eod is still in force...so wuestion is how long will arbitration take??? And during that period gspc have to pay 55% of costs...thats what's stated in current court decision.

You tell people to read rns from sept 18...im saying read rns from Sept 17...im saying listen to vox interview Aug' 17 and recent one from Nov 12th with Joe saloman. The only way gspc can rescind order is via arbitration or if we pull out order???... If we go to arbitration on dec1st gspc has to pay 55% of I'm going costs or they will face loss of asset...and the court order won't protect them...fact...so they have been check mated...dont worry there are many like you spike who want in...probldm is only a few will get any cheap shares if that ..rest will be paying more...2 wells getting drilled.

Spike you need to read all the rns from Sept 2017.u r factually incorrect. To get the 10year production licence we had to submit a full work plan to government of India fact. The fact you are telling people to read rns from Sept 18 shows how lazy your research actually is??? The licence granted April 18. Joe then moved to second step which is get back payment of $3.1mill , taken from may 18 to nov18 to get that settled.

The 3rd clause says arbitration. And if gspc dont follow all 3 conditions. The court order lapses and eo default kicks in.

Agree yoshie. But we get first buy refusal. So have a feeling face saving coming up ie we get a decent chunk or 35 to 40% off gspc to sell to new partner and in return gspc het free carry

Remember gspc are now on a runaway train paying 55% costs of accelerated cambay development or lose asset if don't pay...BUT... gspc can sell a decent % to get a free carry??? And have to offer sale to oex FIRST!!!! And now you understand what has to happen before 1st December. Expect gspc selling a % to oex and enter new jv partner.

Effectively gspc were trying to drag this out in hope oex would eventually fall over with huge debts. Problem they had was certain shareholders of oex have been financially supportive through getting 10years licence and now getting gspc paying up back costs. So the tables have turned with oex and gspc...ie oex can now crack on with cambay and gspc will keep having to pay up 55% or lose the full asset!!!

Some have trully worked out the 3rd condition from the court.effectively it is a blank cheque for 55% costs for ACCELERATED cambay development as off now!!! From gspc...joe interview with Zak mir 12thnov18...gives game away!!! Ie gspc gets on board or new partner comes on board

Agree 100%... the interview vox from Aug 17 explains why production tailed off as wrong frac fluid and wrong process for softer rock the detail is in the geology. Joe has had to spend Aug 17 to Nov 18...getting 10year licence extension and back costs and bring gspc in to control. Both have been big feats.he has Indian government on side who also want ACCELERATED cambay development...i see oex mcap £50mill next year...so at least a 5 bagger...if the wells drilled give decent production then we can truly take off.

Have bought in at right time.just before cambay accerated trillion gas field accelerated work kicks off. Many want to buy more...so which ever way sp goes next week the conservative investors will be buying... Bear in mind arbitration means gspc need to pay 55% costs or lose the lot.now we can move fast with no hindrance!!!
