I couldn't buy and they did it so fast. At one point couldn't buy any and did a fok at I think 7.3p. So manipulation was on yesterday. Also noticed when a buy came , they would have AT SELLS KICK IN. If no buy or sell they were happy to do Jack. So implies sp being controlled in a range until placing done?

I'm getting feeling placing price was struck yesterday/ today. Hence sp allowed to move...question is how long before end confirmation?

Like someone posted yesterday.tdw( invest) was down in morning so we couldn't buy at the drop.otherwise I was going to load up more. I've learnt more in last 2 weeks here , than years in AIM stocks

50mill stock. So if each guy buys 100k in shares. Means 500 new guys would suck up that overhang. I believe on the d day we did 300mill volume??? We then bounced to 15p the next day. So question is how many guys banked profit and moved on??? And how many topsliced and kept free shares???

Thank you for another informative post. Gives one ideas to mull over, and work out how much stock via stop losses was taken, and how much stock is going in to sticky hands, whether new investors like me or guys who have been here a while and are prepared to take on the risk/ reward from current sp.

Notice no one is arguing that there won't be enough demand for placing!!! So we probably agree placing will 100% be taken up fully??? So next deduction is at what sp??? 10p??? Or 5p??? Or 7p??? So effectively 2p down from here??? Or 3p or more above from here??? Ok. Let's say placing done at xp...r u in the club that will get to feed at the trough??? Personally not so can't worry about that issue. So strategy??? Keep building up free shares on the volatility. And be ready for placing so to load up for the so to rerate back to a sensible level. Ps what if the fund that cracked it on the rns day wants back their stock??? 10mill at 10p to them??? We get £1mill cash and they get back their stock??? Possible???

Yesterday all doom by some as newspaper article was another attempt at killing the sp. Today sp swings 30% to upside. Certain clues are implying placing price has been if you can read them. Remember aim should be to build as much free stock in mtfb. Then if fda meeting is just a labelling issue or something just as mild to rectify. Then can look to a 10 to 30bagger over time. 100k free shares at 70p is £70k, at £2 is £200k...thats when you can gain life changing money or in other words how many years would it take you to earn £75k to £200k???? After tax and costs etc etc???

Nothing stopping another investor or institution using this opportunity to load up with a placing at a decent sp and as an incentive given cheap warrants to exercise as an thank you/ inducement??? After drug gains approval??? The seller that cracked the price showed a lack of astuteness, nothing stopping them now they know their " fear" induced reaction to gain back their stock at a similar price??? Will be interesting to see the funding price and who provides the funds. Warren buffet says you only need to get 4 stocks right to become wealthy in a career of picking stocks!!! I believe mtfb has hit that criteria. I loaded up on gkp when it hit 5p before it struck oil in kurdistan many moons back!!!

The price had stabilised and was strengthening late last week. Hence the big boys get their "placed story" out on Sunday to kick sp down, as they get their snouts in for cheap stock. Probably have it out this week. Bod will probably eat at the trough too. And then miraculously all this " b.s. noise" will disappear. Been in pharmaceuticals 25years. Not 1 drug that doesn't have side effect. So we have passed all trials and have a labelling issue? Slightly more? Or less??? 25 years ago formula was 10 years and £100mill to get new drug to market....thos is valued here as we are in AIM market. The most crooked of the UK markets. The bod always roll over for the brokers/nomads/ advisors...and watch the story change and become all positive!!! £1bill mcap...and even if we increase shares to 400mill or 500mill...500mill = £2 a share...thats a almost 30 bagger!!!

Remember the bod put out rns to say no reason for sp take off. This is being done so they can get a cheap placing done( watch how bod will take part in it) and then watch how sp will be allowed to recover. The usual aim shenanigans by crooked brokers/nomads/ advisors...watch and see

Anyone looked up any drug??? Look up bnf...every drug has side effects!!! Every drug!! This is being manipulated so big boys can load up at a cheap price.hate to say it but the bod Will play the placing/market game. Remember people use fear to stop you from thinking and using your brain. The fear effect lessens very quickly, hence they have to try to hit you with the "fear wave" again. Hence as people have started to look at the situation logically and clinically. The next year wave has been sent out in today's paper. But fear eventually dissipates ie person who has strength and determination says I wanr to see this " fear prediction"...and that's when they disappear. That stage will be the next stage. Sit and see where we are by Friday coming and following Friday. By tgen who knows we may get a partnership??? You have to fight the herd mentality. A fellow investor told me a video he was watching on investing and human behaviour. Why is it if we had a sale on toilet paper at half price people would buy loads up their cars??? But in shares when you get a sale people don't buy but actually sell??? Obvious game being played. Clever ones know that the bet at 7p in mtfb is better than at 40p???. What has changed is a lot of the herd jumped of the cliff like lemmings. Some guys can't even use logic when posting deramping comments.lol If institutions had been given a heads up the price would have been falling for a while n'est pas? The fact sp tanked to 5p.
