tdt i think you are wrong. add up the volume figures done from the permit release date...its multiples of the shares that were to be sold!! so even with tarding and pi churn they are gone...hence cant buy volume and they wont give you cheap shares and make you pay higher each time a few buys come in

Today's first day no big delayed xmillion trades put through after close. Shows overhangs went yesterday if not monday!!! Now traders providing liquidity and as people discover eua the price will start to regain lost ground.

like you i did think a big overhang and waited for the capitulation point monday...and guess what the lucky ones got in just below 0.6p...and the delayed trades from friday of the 6mill odd and mondays yesterday for 9mill odd..shows you how the stock was taken out. todays action shows the mm's are letting some on and only in volume if someone sells...

the sellers who are tarding hoping t get back in lower are going to find they are on to plums over this week:)

advfn been non stop on eua today..derampers started early , before 5am..and then ran off.

had to stay quiet as was adding up all the volume over the weekend...and hoped we would get some cheaper...but the quiet delayed trades of 6mill from friday shown this monday night..and 9mill delayed shown yesterday from monday night. that screws up your calculation...todays move up shows overhang gone!!!

anyone actually added up the volume from the 20th november and actually read the options and criteria???

the 0.6p can be vested as we have stayed over a 10 day 0.6p v/w average..DEADLINE WAS YESTERDAY!!!

and if you added up the volumes since the mining news was announced you will realise the optiva stock was out in 3 days!!!! the forward sold options are probably all done too once you add up the volumes!!!!

if like other arbitrations..there is a non refunding fee to be paid...and sometimes that can be eye watering depending on the sums you are arguing over. at moment we dont know if they had said we want to go to arbitration and havent paid up the fee???
