if you want to get sarcastic. you cant even work out the bonds or the the voting on them or how some of us had worked out the vote would go in our favour...like a charlie you were suggesting these bondholders will NOW reunite to outvote eufingest last week???... you are going on like a child re the land.

if you want to deramp to buy trading stock keep it up. others will also get their umpteenth bite of the cherry.

But clear as chips you have no idea what is actually happening at clp. others are getting close to the date for the action but haven't actually worked out the TRUE trigger to the sp kick off. keep on muttering on like a baby.

the christmas presents will be given out at christmas. you've been here long enough mate , have you seriously not worked out what is actually happening??

i worked out the bondholders results before they came out. and one chap here knows i told him the appeal rns would come out yesterday or today...and now i'm saying this is going to be done and dusted before christmas...cant say anymore as like many if oters come in will want to buy more clp. there are no free dinners in this world. if my blu comes back then more clp will be bought:)

Limited did you follow the bondholders meetings this year???? They couldnt get the full quorum on the first meeting each time which means 25% bondholders don't give a flying f what happens here. So eufingest control direction. Also if bondholders wanted to unite we would never have got the votes carried 're bonds earlier in year. Afraid your 100% incorrect on your theory.

look up irg last year...0.06p to 0.6p in 3 hours when the "correct " rns was issued. expecting similar here..hence afraid have to hold the wee ups and downs..too risky to trade..each to his own strategy:)

Those of us who have worked out from the bondholding meetings the likelihood of meeting going on in favour of shareholders have been proven right. The rns that have come out recently has also put a time stamp on for when clp endgame will complete. The 80mill odd last Friday volume was probably a lot of stale 0.9p to 1p holders getting out and traders playing the sp??? It's ok if you are trading small amounts and aren't bothered if you miss the good rns if you aren't holding at the time. But this is now a play like irg was last year. At 0.06p rns hits 7am...in first hour at 0.2p and then within 3hours of market opening 0.6p. 10 bagger in 3 hours. The co. Has no need to suspend. All they have to do is release news before market opens or after it closes. Max buy will then be 100k in shares. And goodbye to trying to pick up 2 to 4mill. We think fair value 4p to 8p by Christmas. Have a nice day all holders.

eufingest have used their bond position to take out the other bondholders...and willl make plenty on their shareholding side!!!

Lol...its all positive.the more they post negative shows how desperate they are for sp to drop so they can buy in... Interesting post today. Chap said his been trading it and his fear is in hold ing the stock.he feels better when he isn't holding in case of bad news. I'm afraid I'm in the other boat ie if I trade it ...fear is being out waiting for a lower entry point when news hits and being locked out if they suspend.... 2 sides of same coin. Just need patience till December and we will know who was correct.

Lol...traders wanting in but not wanting to pay price.so nicely deramping with lies hoping someone sells so they get in cheaper? At same time they are gambling no news comes out so the sp takes off before they get in their buys. Good to watch all the kidology. Each day the coin is spinning in the air. Which way will it land???

It's seems banknote we are both on same page! Hence Fridays rns title!!! Conversion of Outstanding 2010 7% Bond ....keyword ...outstanding!!! So we are waiting for rns signalling the remaining 6mill odd bondholders have converted. That clears the decks.80mill volume on Friday has got rid of a lot of traders. Different class of investor coming on board...as yesterday's 4mill buy shows.

Most of the day could sell 1mill at premium. Couldn't buy 500k. Plus the large buys paid premiums. What we have is holders who sold at 0.9p and above probably on Friday who want back in. But all the sells at 0.8p lows the mms kept and didn't offer any cheap stock.instead they wanted full ask most of the day. At times couldn't even buy 100k!!!

Now the clue is in the title of last Friday's rns!!! The only bonds left are the 6mill odd( someone Correct me if wrong). Which means once these bonds are done.clp is clean to go!!!! Now 're bonds if you add up the meetings when quorum couldn't be reached on first meeting and we had to go to 2nd meetings...then that means less than 23% of bondholders are even bothered about the bonds. Ie at least 34% of bondholders have written them off and aren't even responding to the meeting requests etc etc Also the ones still active as bondholders will be in touch as they have voted. Now they are getting bonds converted to shares at 3.76p. If shares go to 10p plus they get back 200% more than the bonds conversion price...and we have several pieces of news in pipeline that make that come to fruition.

I have said before Christmas this will be a golden Christmas for holders. Friday was like boxing day sales here!!! 40mill odd done each way...some traders probably made a packet. Today mms kept stopping you from buying and most of the day wanted full ask for limited stock. We will probably need to play 1p range a bit to get stale holders out.
