With all the bonds converted our £6mill loan notes will go and we will have got rid of this huge debt just b4 cash starts coming in for the misappropriated assets!. Then we have another few Christmas presents for the SHAREHOLDERS! Be happy.

The 43% is the bonds banknote. They have less than 30% at moment in shares. But have flexibility to increase their shareholding if they started to convert their loans. Even with their share of the bonds converted wouldn't take them to 30% shareholding .

The date again dec18. They have as far as I am concerned 1 if not 2 cases in the bag over and above mediapolis. Also signal that have supporting shareholder with deep pockets who are going to see the recovery of misappropriated funds of ours to completion.

what many people dont seem to have worked out is the bonds date was set. then the bods conversion was rejigged. the nail has been yesterdays rns saying the bond conversion price has been set. this final piece was the starters pistol if many haven't realised. last week was a primary clue by eufingest agreeing roll of loan till dec18.

if you look up main chap of eufingest he lives on the swiss side bordered to this area!!!!

mate you are wrong. eufingest are both shareholders and bondholders. they have decided they want to protect their shareholding. hence have used their block of 43%+ of the bonds to vote in favour of shareholders interests. they are taking a haircut on the bond holdings to make it back on their shareholdings.

RKB has nailed something many are missing. the rns issuing holding means this game has been in play this year.
eufingest have deep pockets and all those not paying up hoping clp would go away and die due to running out of money have been watching as their collars are going to be felt in the short term

Look at the rns today. Tgen ask why say loan date moved to dec18???. They could have put that out in last rns a week back? Or Monday? What was aim off rns??? Shows we have a 16% shareholder with big money pockets happy to back co. Bondholders have been neutralized this year. We need cash and eufingest will provide it. The placing will be done to finish the bonds off !!!

Fg has put a clear list of all the actions done and all the cases awaiting conclusion on. Interesting this week's new posters appearing and price action. All waiting for a possible dip to jump in if news is perceived as bad. But how can it be bad? We already know auction price so that is worse case? If people want to buy 100k to 500k maybe possible if dip to get shares. But if want to buy in blocks if millions then leaving in fairy land. They don't have the stock to give to many blocks of millions. Next week new month and going to be interesting to see the true value in clp start to come to light.

I did say clp is at endgame. Loan date now December. Result off court case today?...an actual answer or will a new date be set for judge to come back to us??? Only those familiar with Italian courts can advise. But the loan movement yo 3months tells you we are now going to be getting some of these outstanding cases settled before Christmas...otherwise loan date would have been shoved in to next year!!!

Best news I could have hoped for!. We didn t suspend like last year as results out. Our biggest shareholder signalling they are happy to wait for the cash to come in!!!
