we have news expected on several fronts but we all know results are out this month.

We theorised the last results were massaged in order to get this vote through and not start a demand for the buying of the bonds. Now that battle has been won and is over. We are now in to the growth phase of clp so all the investors from bod/eu are now going to get back a decent return for all the hard work. this month or latest october is going to be a key month in many ways. gl all shareholders

dshox...we have had weeks to bring up if max sold to buy back lower? strange no one wanted to bring it up at that time? now when vote through and we are crux of the bigtime...people are deciding now is the time? really??

not the fact they have sold and want back in lower??? and will realise over coming week or two that was the worst possible strategy at this key point in the co. history.:)

yesterday was the game changer. we have reduced the debt down to 1/5th of previous amount...but many cant even see the second biggie...ie the debt will be converted in to shares at 10 day sp average of co. choosing..so as we head higher we are actually giving less and less shares...ie less dilution...ie as cash comes in we as shareholders will make a bundle...ive never seen this is 20 years where the bondholders have left the building with their tails between their legs!!!...usually us shareholders are told you cant pay and we are seizing the company!!!

this has all been done under the helm of FG...yuo think this guys wont make clp take off??? after taking on the bondholders and taking them out???

New strategy post vote. Now the co. Needs to make the sp rise in order that the bondholders are wiped out at an absurdly low rate. The weapons the bod have is NEWS!!! And now I expect news and we will be thro ugh 1p...i expect we will crack past 1.7p to go through 2p...if average is 2p...then 10p conversion???...6.6mill owed in bonds wiped out by issuing 66mill shares of which almost 29mill will go to eufingest!!! Then question is cash comes in and do we get special dividend??? Sensible strategy now is to hold or buy and hold...risky strategy is to sell hoping for drift back!!!

Today's carried vote allows co. Now to sell the co. And story? Whereas before bonds were done over danger was someone may try to accumulate bonds and out vote eufingest? Now effectively the bonds are worth 20% of what they were worth yesterday due to the 500% conversion. On top of that they are going to get clp shares and on top of that 43% of the shares will be going in to eufingest pockets! Now interim are due and on top of that news coukd come fromseveral directions. We have hit 1.7p as height in last 12months...5x is 8.5p!!! Bear in mind we have hit 0.9p yesterday and today...this is the mms testing the thrusters!!!! Those who wanted a less risky investment will now buy. Those who sold hoping for a drift back in news blackout have made a miscalculation....interim due....bitcoin news due...and then the chances of news on several fronts arriving is increasing by the day...whereas before the vote the co. Had to make the co. Look unloved/ unwanted in order someone didn't buy up bonds aggressively and vote against the motion!!!

I did the calculation weeks ago. Now the result has come out as we predicted. Ie vote carried. Now those who can see the endgame will realise today was the game changer. Those who have sold to derisk is a strategy many follow. Those who have sold in hope of buying back lower could have made a mistake today. No one can rule out bad news as who trully knows what is going to happen in the future? However if we use our intellect and follow the clues then possibilities arise.

great post...have to read it a few times for it to sink in...ie even with no movement yesterday in sp...the 10 day average has risen...but ive seen this in so many stocks...we worry about the small 0.01p move up and then when the market wakes up we move up the old m/cap of a stock in a morning or day!!

ie the day will come clp will move 0.8p in a day.!!!

A tiny point many are missing is eufingest will get 43%!!! Of the shares converted!!!@

the italian land was valued over 20mill!!! and EFingest main man is italian and their business is land!!!!!!!

normally us poor shareholders get stiffed out by the bond holders...marconi/qpp/yell/ list is endless...today has been the first time ive held a stock where the bondholders are leaving with their tails between their legs.

A big thanks to Eu as they entered the enemy camp and stole their thunder(bonds). Now those who can see what has been outlined will start to smile over coming month:)
remember the land in italy...the chap ignored the courts valuation and reduced that value by 30% and then took the lowest permissable bid by his own valuation according too? his own law?...lol he will be running looking or another project .:)

which also tells me most of the bondholders have now realised they arent going to get back £6mill...they are going to get back a a fifth of that sum...BUT is sp kicks off big style..they will be forced to convert at the highest sp the company get our sp!!!

with the list of news already posted ...one can see us hitting 5p or 10p! multiply that by 5...and you can see how the bondholders have been checked mate out of clp!!!!

what many haven't understood is the sub text!!!! we couldnt get 66.66% to vote today...so that implies at least 33% plus eu 43% are voting for it to be carried ie 76%...secondly eu has shown they want these bonds effect to be minimised on shareholders ie higher sp conversion price less shares issued and less dilution for SHAREHOLDERS!!!!
EU will make their money as shareholders!!!!

no more funds left...just bought wee bit more...thats where the maths comes in handy. I did say we wouldnt get the full quorum for the vote and it will pass on second meeting. now who ever was looking to top up needs to get their buys in..as we are finally going to be on the road sp wise over coming month:)
