personally expecting 5 to 10 bagger as a few things are revealed:)

the first trade is 1mill buy..and he had to pay £200 over to get them million..most of us have breakevens at 1p or 0.9p?? the ones who get in now with money to buy and hold will get 5 to 10 times their money very short time...but the m's are trying to show buys as sells to deter buying..so they dont get hammered out at this low sp!!

those who reads yesterday rns will understand fg has played a blinder on the bonds which have been around the neck. eufingest help kill the bonds and in return as 20% shareholders thy make back on sp increase and if we get a special dividend...every 1p on dividend gives them approx £1mill:)

presto well done...the ones who get in now have to wait very little time to get a 5 to 10 bagger here. look at mxp went from 2p to 30p on a certain deal. this deal has now made the bonds 5x cheaper to pay off...

and the accumulators who took sp down to 0.6p...will be handsomely rewarded going back up...plus i forsee a special dividend as the money owed is paid back to us...plus the big kicker is the land valued at over 20mill 2 years back???

Bonds conversion in clp control! Clp mates have loaded up...now nms is 100k in shares...watch the scramble to try to buy million blocks...this is nuog mach 2;)

Remember eufingest own 19% of clp stock...so why would they agree to have the bonds wiped away cheap??? Well they own 43.48% of the bonds Thats £3.9million of the £9million...is owed to them...but by reducing the £9million down by 500%...so that's £1.8mill in relative ...so eufingest is down to £782k propotion wise...so they have sacrificed £3.1million..remember they own over100mill clp shares...so every 1p gain in clp they gain £1mill...so 3p gain in clp shares and they are back up...every 1p up is £1million...so from 3.6p to 10p...they are up £6.4mill...and if a special dividend is declared say for 3p they get £3mill!!!

Now expect the crafty and astute p i's buy in. This has a 5 to 10 bagger written on this from current sp. Those who can read simple English and do simple arithmetic can see from current sp conversion is 3p...at 1p where we have been is 5p...and if we can hit evils 3p target then 15p conversion...at 15p...60million shares issued and £9mill bonds wiped away!!! Any higher and even less shares!!!

Best explanation Nick this is massive news for shareholders who understand what has just transpired...if we sit at average of 1p for 10 days...that gives us 5p conversion price...if we hit 2p then conversion is 10p...if 3p then 15p...and if we hit 8p to 10p then conversion price is 40p to 50p... If we get the land back and even get back 2 of the cases settled where we are owed cash. Then 8p is easily achievable...that means bonds convert at 40p... so for £9million bonds 22.5million shares issued!!!

day b4 no one posted after dshox post from almost 5.30pm to after 10pm...

all the clowns desperate to get in monday morning b4 the bell and trying hardest to tell us the auction was a bad result as we lost the land...and getting the land is a bad result too???pmsl

So first we have a court value closer to 3.6mill rather than 1.8mill odd. And chap who has snubbed court recommendations to get the land sold cheap... This is going to be plus plus for us... My brother sold a flat in auction this week. The co. Organising it said we have offers of 132k, 138k, 142k And 1 chap who has offered 145k but if you don't put it in auction he will pay 150k...my brother says can I think about it...auction chap days...these guys move fast...my brother says it's ok ...let it go to auction...auction chap says ure making a mistake...we put reserve for 155k at auction...doesnt sell in auction...auction chap phones to say we have a buyer at £155k...pmsl...thats how these crooks work!

Now for actual holders who have taken the pain off the sp falling back... The court asiggned a price of was it 3.8mill euros??? And this auction chap gave them middle finger and knocked it down to 2.something mill and then kicked it lower by saying il take 75% of it...pmsl You think courts like to be given middle finger??? You ever interacted with lawyers or judges??? They are a brotherhood and they will stick together. This Charlie is not going to spend money challenging us...as those who have dealt with auctioneers know them for big classic middlemen crooks!!! He just wants his fees!!!

Best news this week 're rns...all we have had is selling and very little posting. Now we can see the Charlies who sold quietly who are now cacking themselves in case sp kicks off and they can't get back their stock they sold hoping to buy back lower? At 0.6p? Not refering to you presto as you posted your sell mate.
