Why would financiers be happy to buy stock at 0.01p in a microcrap??? Normal market size is 750k in shares...he would have to do 30sales to offload his stock!!! If they start selling and want to raise 750k...thats 11mill approx at 7p. And if selling starts sp crashes??? And if halves to 3.5p...then that's 22mill shares sold approx???? So they lose almost their entire holding??? Not likely....more likely they approach someone to buy 11mill shares??? Or wait good news and sell in to the rise?

Remember we are talking about a £billion pund co. Over time. That is a huge inducement to sow uncertainty while the big boys use this opportunity to get a large stake at a cheap placing. Hence the new posters who arrive with "reasonable" scientific questions. Problem is we live in an age of " laziness". And these chaps who send out these boys on to bbs and the ones who appear are all immensely greedy but laziness is even a larger part of their character. They forget logic/ science...if we do placing at 5p r we going to 3p? Of 15p to 20p?....if they do placing at 10p...r we going to 5p or 25p???... we can only lose another 7p??? But hang on we have a drug that has passed phase 3 trials and that hasn't been used to get loan???? So £100mill mcap now???you don't think some young buck investment manager may use this OPPO to get ahead of the pack??? Given reasonable price for placing and get rewarded with cheap warrants???

Buy what you want to hold. Then if happy to trade. Buy and keep topslicing and take the free shares. Keep repeating ad nauseum. Means your overall average keeps coming down. And means you don't sell stock you want to hold. Plus 50/ 50 bet you will be holding your trading stock when news hits??? Positive even better...if negative temporary sp may go down??? All the different permutations to consider if worth risk/ reward. For me personally earned 100k in free shares so far. And see mtfb just like gkp before hit oil in kurdistan from 5p to £4...but maybe pharmacy background means not worried with current publicised "perceived" uncertainty.
