We vote no to resolution 1 and 4. Anton also needs to step up. And puts some meat on rto. Then we will get a decent sp and decent rise for rto . All Shareholders then make money. That is rubbish. I am totally on board with what Graphite has said and will be voting likewise as they have mentioned.  BTB I would say that 0.1p or close to would be a better placing price.

Read the gm meeting resolutions.on co. Website. Very clever they never mentioned figure in end, knowing pis inertia and they would be able to get bite through by pretending it has link to rto!!! Resolution 1 and 4 means these temp directors get to seize co. On cheap and sell on multibagger when rto done. Ie come at the very end after all work is done and pretend to the boss they've been working hard all day!!!

Your post makes no sense. Antos g has paid more to get his equity here than current bod. These guys want to fill up at 0.01p??? Well if they filled up at 0.1p we would be diluted 10x LESS!!! From shareholders ie owners perspective is rather be diluted LESS....so if you are a shareholder you wouldn't be supporting current bod who want to get share at a tenth of value??? 200mill shares voting no to res 1 and 4. I have items for sale which will be worth £1... nobody knows so currently valued at 1p. Guys keep Coming and falling over themselves to buy at 1p. I'm saying even at 10p they are making plenty!!! Greed has limits. Fair placing at 0.1p ...criminal placing at 0.01p!!! Especially when others join up dots to rto target!!!
