Fair point mate. Just fact they were highlighting Should the Proposals be voted down, the Directors will be forced to consider the viability of the Company's future. So of course I thought I'd highlight they have raised £500k in 3months??? I mean it could be a genuine error on their behalf?? After all they raised so much so quickly they maybe forgot they had just raised? And did it again accidentally??? That's probably what's happened...liz can you raise £200k please...and there's probably 2 liz in the office??? And they've both raised the placing??? Probably get it all sorted Monday. Easily done. No they are not as not 1 single hold ing rns apart from antos and gleddhow. And the rest of placees are peterhouse clients who have flipped their stock??? They need to get round table with antos who has asset and agree director change and get this rto done and dusted asap.

The ones who came in previous peterhouse placings have sold their stock.otherwise would be getting holding rns??? The investor with asset and wanting to invest and do rto I repeat is the one being diluted out by peterhouse who are knocking out stock at 30 to 60% and playing rinse repeat. Answer simple get investor with asset on to bod and they can settle how much they need to place etc etc job done we can all go home.

Your missing key point. The investor with the multimillion pound asset is being diluted to shit.so your end point ie if he cant get a decent stake they will leave and sell their stock...is exactly reason stopping this dilution to take his stake from 21% to 14% to then 7%???? Why would he bother???

Funny I was told world ending today??? Strange still alive and nice weather in Glasgow ie no rain ;) Dave you have to make your own mind up. I have been speaking to RKBeekeper last night and as he has been to quite a few AGM’s he believes there was no need for Thursday’s RNS. RKB predicts with confidence that Resolution 1 will pass and this is in his opinion not a problem as it sets the scene for the new BoD. Resolution 4 can only go ahead if Resolution 1 passed but Resolution 4 will fail as there will be more than the required 25% of all votes cast so it will fail. Resolution 4 failing just means BoD don’t have authority to issue shares on a pre-exemption right and if the CURRENT BoD still want to issue shares (along with Warrants) then they first have to offer new shares to all existing shareholders along with warrants (if they are attaching Warrants) When a new BoD is installed they can decided if they want to have a new type of pre-exemption Resolution but what private investors would have achieved is preventing current BoD from taking over 90% of the company for their own greedy selves

They're full of shit. First they want authority to issue another 5.3bill...then say we haven't any thought to raise more placings it's to cover the conditional ones already rnsed previously??? So why ask for such a huge authority??? They are lying crooks...and the bod are being puppetered by peterhouse... Otherwise what have they spent £500k on in 3 3months??? Did they buy 10 £50k mercs??? You're forgetting something antos has been diluted from 21% of co. To 14% of co. If the new shares are admitted he will have to take 14% of the placing to retain his stake. Bear in mind he has bought his original stake at a much higher sp. So if you place yourself in his shoes you expect him to bring an rto assets after he has been diluted from 21% to 14%??? And threat is he goes down to 7% And you say you are playing safe??? There is no need for new shares at mo. It's like someone getting an elderly aunt to sign away her will while she is signing other documents. There is no need for 1 and 4 for rto to happen. For me antos walks we lose everything...lol and you think by antos walking we have have won??? We end up with peterhouse who will pack up their suitcases and run b4 we can get to the office!!!
