From the link I just posted: "We decided to list in the American market because of investors’ interest and the further acquisitions that EuroDot plan for in the USA"
Exactly. This shows a relisting for the London market, the other markets are optional lines and don't apply to Icon. How can you relist on to markets where there has never been an original listing?!!?
Where have you seen that ICON is being listed on other markets, look where it says #Denotes ^Denotes *Denotes - I think you are reading wrongly from your copied/pasted source here?
I too have received my letter from Jarvis and it does NOT say that ICON is about to relist. It says only: The administration has ceased and control of the company has been returned to its directors, just confirming what we already know.
How can ICON shares be traded when they have no business, no customers, no premises, no staff....???? Who would want to buy them without a new strategy?
I asked Jarvis to send me a voting form, see how what they replied!
Please be advised we do not send out notices of shareholder meetings however clients wishing to vote may do so by providing their instructions to us not later than 1 week prior to the meeting. Clients may either confirm their voting instructions and we will submit a proxy to the registrar or alternatively clients can request a Letter or Representation to attend and vote in person. Kindly note as this is not a standard service we offer a fee of GBP20+VAT applies for either proxy service.
I had to pay a lousy £24 to vote last time and I REALLY feel like we're being set up here and that they KNOW we will delist. Sorry, but that's it, I totally smell a rat here....in fact a whole lot of rats.
