I still have that same unanswered question in mind - WHAT did Mrs B know? Still no word of explanation from the board and still the sp falls.

I think the reason is that the company have not updated SH since bailing them out and saving their soul....

I would have thought that the RNS from yesterday and today would have moved the sp upwards rather than down - again. What does the market not like about this company????

The longer we wait in silence to hear the outcome for the Boughtwoods, the more I start to suspect that she really did know something to make her sell so many shares - it's been a big decline since she bought....

Should the company not ask for a suspension pending results of their investigation? We seem to just keep dropping?

Who actually OWNS the patents - Martin or the company?

I suspect that the plan might be for H2 Green to do a reverse takeover in to CPX once the doc has found his feet in the company.

Look at those three director trades made by Martin and announced today....then look at the dates these were actually traded....

I don't think for a minute that an RTO will happen here, I expect Brad will call it a day after a final milking.

They even admit in the last RNS that no target has been finalised: in their own words - "efforts TOWARDS identifying a suitable acquisition target, MOST LIKELY in the form of a reverse takeover ...."

I see the main directors have jumped like rats from a sinking ship so their names won't be tarnished when the company turns off the lights for the last time. Someone remind me exactly what those directors did to earn their pay all those months????

I haven't seen anything to say that ANY company director will be at the meeting, sounds more like an admin meeting being held only because legally they have to do this. No signs at all that anyone will be there to explain themselves. Or does anyone know otherwise?
