I contacted the registrar to ask for a voting proxy form. They replied that because my shares are held in a Jarvis nominee account that this can't be done. I have 100 million of these wretched little things and can't even vote....

Has HEMO set itself up for Eli to monitor their progress as an insider, and swoop for a cheap and opportunistic takeover bid at the first sign of success? Does this explain the current market indifference to HEMO, knowing it will get taken out 'on the cheap?'

Further to your email please note that if the shares are registered in your name then you can vote directly using a proxy form. However if your shares are held via a nominee/corporate holding and you are the beneficial shareholder then the nominee would need to submit the vote as registered shareholder and you would need to inform them of your voting preference.

I'm with Jarvis. No way will I pay that to cast a vote, especially the way this company has been. Will my votes get chosen by the company or just not cast?
