I really hope ICON haven't/don't sign up the new guys with a view to introducing the new owner to EHGOS and its death spiral financing....
I don't think for a minute that an RTO will happen here, I expect Brad will call it a day after a final milking.
They even admit in the last RNS that no target has been finalised: in their own words - "efforts TOWARDS identifying a suitable acquisition target, MOST LIKELY in the form of a reverse takeover ...."
I see the main directors have jumped like rats from a sinking ship so their names won't be tarnished when the company turns off the lights for the last time. Someone remind me exactly what those directors did to earn their pay all those months????
This to me is the best part: "Iconic intended to establish a strategic advisory services business, engaging in fee-based service contracts with technology companies. The objective was to provide valuable guidance on growth plans, product development, marketing and capital raising."
They should have practised what they wanted to preach....
Happy New Year y'all.
I haven't seen anything to say that ANY company director will be at the meeting, sounds more like an admin meeting being held only because legally they have to do this. No signs at all that anyone will be there to explain themselves. Or does anyone know otherwise?
Fish - sadly, I agree with all you say here.
Puzzled why some seem to think that consol will make their shares more valuable rather than just more tradeable?!!?
You have to be dubious about any company who releases an important news RNS like this last thing on a Friday night as the market is closing. It's a way to bury news over the weekend. I'm just puzzled (more than ever) that the board continue to want us to buy their shares when they have no products, no deals, no staff and no news in this country. Four board members live and work in different countries and time zones. All are busy with other projects, so where do they find time for the UK?
Or is it really the case that they are milking investors in any way they can then issue their final 'sorry but we tried' RNS????
Not even a mention of any forthcoming corporate update at the AGM, and bet your bottom dollar the board won't be at the AGM to answer our questions....
Is this a fantasy?

Sounds clear enough to me....
You could have some fun searching "Dr Calvin Dr Krebs" too.
You could search my nickname and call me a cheese maker, but that too would be way off the mark....
Erm, has our very own house doctor been sharing his innermost fantasies with us all again?
Tut tut
You actually bought in to a company you know nothing about, and now expect others to do your research for you?!!?
A measly 7 trades, (another) 15 per cent down and a 20 per cent spread.
Not a word from the company.
Poor indeed.
I wonder if we were to be allowed to see the current share holder register, would we recognise any former staff member names from ICON's past on it????
Well I'm not a genius, but here's a guess - email Brad and ask him for this!
However, I suspect he wouldn't reply to you....
Did you even read the Half Year report of 31st March? All your points are raised there.
Example:
"There is also a risk that Iconic will not be able to publish a prospectus such that it will be able to issue the requisite shares to unsecured creditors under the CVA. "
Calvin -
" We should support the BoD at this early stage and keep their morale high"
I think you really have got this the wrong way round.
Seriously. Are you for real?
I don't think we'll get either an update OR an RTO - Brad spells it all out in his RNS of 31st March - not even a target in sight. I don't personally now think there ever was. What a toxic mess ICON is and continues to be.
Can anyone shed genuine light obn the reason the current BOD decided to keep ICON afloat at such expense without even having a target RTO in the pipeline? It would have been easier and much cheaper to buy a shell company and reverse straight in to it without any need for ICON and its past baggage.
If I as a SH have no trust in the board and their intentions, why would an outsider trust them any better?
So we did avoid another suspension today as we got the accounts on time - but from the Notes to Financial Statements, the following bothers me now:
We have concluded that as a result of the new financing facility in place with EHGOSF as well as substantial discussions with EHGOSF to secure a long-term financing facility, Iconic Labs remains a going concern.
The (very) worrying part of this to me is the wording - "a long-term financing facility".
So the forward selling looks set to go on....and on....and on....
And I could issue a statement to say I'm an Olympic athlete with 6 gold medals - but it doesn't mean that it's true....
